I don’t know yet if their work is good but I do have a problem. We signed a contract with Jeremy Freeman on 9÷19÷15 and gave him a check for 50% of the project. We are going to pay cash for the project. I called 9÷28÷15 and told him we needed to cancel the project. We were told it was past the 3 days and we were not able to change our minds. We are of course going to let them do the project rather than lose our deposit money but it will make for a difficult working relationship. The 12 week lead time is also a bit excessive I believe.

I paid ReBath over $ 20,000 for renovating my bathroom and almost everything was done wrong or poorly. The installed the wrong sized glass shower walls which had to be removed and replaced. The Shower door did not close properly and still does not. The floor tile was incorrectly cut and ended with uneven grout lines at the baseboard. I was so sick of them by this time that I let them put quarter round at the edge of the baseboards to cover up the gaps between the tile and the wall which was not what I wanted. They tiled part of my kitchen and similarly had to to redo that because of poor workmanship. I have not even listed all everything that went wrong however today, two years after they completed this project, the tiles on the bathroom floor have started to move. They seemed to have no job supervision or quality control. No one from management ever contacted me to apologize. The only reason I did not write this poor review earlier was that they did attempt to fix the problems I reported to them. I will find and pay someone else now to fix the bathroom floor.
