Rayne Water Solutions Of Houston LLC

Terrible service. I called Rayne and other water companies to receive quotes on a new water softening unit. The other companies came out and gave me a price estimate for a new unit; however, Rayne charged me $ 161. Furthermore, the Rayne water employee came out one day late and I was already out of town. I came home to find out I was charged $ 161 in order to receive a quote. I called Sherri at Rayne to clarify the bill. When I informed her that she never told me that I would be charged to receive a simple quote, she got angry and said she knows how to do her job. She then said her boss would be placing a lien on my house. Needless to say, I will never be doing business with Rayne and I will be talking with BBB after she threatened me with a lien.
