I thought my phone was ready to call it quits. It’s almost 2 years old and was behaving strangly. I had called my service provider and I was told that the port might have been damaged. I’ve purchased products @ Radio Shack before, including this phone, so I decided to give them a try. I just moved to a new neighborhood. This was my closest RS also the first time I had been to this location. The sales associated were wonderful. It turns out they had just changed their store hours, so I was walking in just before closing. But you know what? They treated me with respect and took the time to look @ my phone and found that all that was required was a simple solution. The charger cord was damaged and I needed a new one. They could have told me to come back another day or try to sell me a new phone, but they didn’t. In addition, they did not have the cord I needed, so they sent me to Target next door. Wow! Talk about customer service! I’ll be back and I’ll recommend everyone I know to this store. I run a large part of my business off of this phone and these associates saved me time, money and, perhaps most importantly, they made me feel like a valued client. Thank you! :-)
