This location is by far the WORSEAT&T customer service location I have ever encountered. The wait was over 30 minutes and there was only 2CUSTOMERSINTHESTORE! When it was finally my turn, the lazy /clueless employee did not even try to find a solution to my problem. ITTOOKAT&T on HWY6TWOMINUTESTOFIXEDMYISSUE! I should have known the quality of their service from the merely 2 customers that were in there when I walked in, whereas, HWY6 location was full of customers, yet, they were able to fix my problem instantly with NOWAITTIME! The service people at this location lied to me about 3 separate things. They told me about an iPad deal for 99.00, then an hour later they told me it was expired after I had agreed to buy a phone from them. Then they told me they’d give me the iPad offer still if I switched to directTV. I agreed. They told me my cost would be 105.00 a month and that I would pay 20.00 to start the service. After being there for over 3 hours that day they said oops, it’ll really be 120.00, plus tax, to start the service. I was patient with them, didn’t get mad, we actually joked about the issues and then I agreed to pay the amount of 120.00 because they said I could call direcTV after it was installed and fight to get my 100.00 back. Because that transition was in place in their system it wouldn’t allow them order my phone and iPad. They told me in 2 – 3 days(or less) it would be settled and at that time they would call me so I could pay over the the phone and my items would be shipped to my house. After day 5 I emailed the store manager asking when things would be settled, then magically 20 minutes later the salesman called me to say the transition«just» went through. Basically they dropped the ball and forgot to call me. The catch was I had to go to the store to pay and order the items. When I got to the store the salesman informed me that just that morning a mass communication came to them from from corporate and that my package(that I had already paid 127.00 for and was due to be installed the next day) was no longer available and that I would now have to pay 126.00 a month, but he felt it was still a good deal. It was a bait and switch plain and simple. Now after being in their store for a total of 4+ hours over 2 separate days I finally got mad about all their lies and poor business dealings. The manager in charge tried to tell me it was all just a series of unfortunate events and that I had no right to be angry. Then he informed me they could only ship my items to their store now and I’d have to come back yet again. He was rude! They are the WORST. Steer clear of this store. Oh, I wasn’t the only customer there that had been jerked around by them today. They had a huge line of upset people who all waited over an hour just like me to get no service.

It should not take that long to buy a phone. We waited over an hour and knew what we wanted before we even walked in. I get it, people have questions. I just don’t think it is reasonable to expect me to wait over an hour when we know what we want. We did appreciate the customer service when it was finally our turn.

Been an AT&T customer for a long time and not a fan of their new pricing and upgrade plan. Apparently corporate doesn’t feel the customer can do the math and see that they are not«saving» me money but actually costing me more money — but that is another story. As far as this location goes, the manager helped us «upgrade» phones as well as add an additional line. He was very thorough and helpful. Explained everything I wanted to know and seemed to have a good understanding — although for much of our conversation he was obviously repeating the spill from his managers meetings on how to make me feel better about the knew plans — but he was not condescending. and not«car sales-man-ish» — Much better than the other location on 249 I have been to.

This location is large, clean and the service is always prompt and friendly. I have used them several times and always been very pleased, even when I didn’t purchase anything. Often go in with questions and they are helpful.
