first time going here, & heard so many great things about them. I had the lady with really curly orange/​reddish hair (Hispanic). I told her what I wanted & how short I wanted it. I even clarified to not go TOO short. Well, she was taking her time on my hair, very relaxing & when I opened my eyes from the relaxation. my hair was cut to my SHOULDERS!
Now I wasn’t going to make a big scene about it. So I just went along with it & said I liked it. However, I’m not happy with it. I’m giving her a 2 star not because I wasn’t happy with the cut she gave me, but that she did not do as I said. I don’t speak Spanish & I was talking to her in English, but from the reviews ppl who dnt speak Spanish said they understood just fine. She also «styled» my hair. all she did was use the hair brush & a blow dryer & my total was $ 30. Even though Rachel (the owner) said it was $ 15.
so keep that in mind guys. show them pictures. I will not be coming back unfortunately.

Rachel is amazing! When other salons said they couldnt do what i asked with my hair she did and it turned out beautiful! I love my new highlights and they arent orngey or blah at all. My daughter also got highlights and loves it! We will deffinetly be going back to see her again.

New to town read the reviews called and made appointment. Ladies were very nice. I speak no Spanish and the woman who cut my hair was able to talk to me and understood what I was looking for. As she cut my hair she asked about the length of my bangs. She did a great job. Would go back anytime.

I’ve been going to Rachel’s for over three years. The only salon I will go to for my toddler’s hair cuts. The staff are always friendly and always recognize my family. Recently, Rachel fixed a color oops that I went to another stylist to fix three times! Rachel is very respectful and very knowledgable. The first stylist who has ever given me her card and told me to never hesitate to call if I have questions. I highly recommend!!!

I love this salon… Kat does my hair and shes awesome! She does the short bob which many stylist mess up … but she’s really good!!! Will be going to this salon as long as I’m living in the area!!!

I love this place! They always do a great job.

I went here for an eyebrow threading. I wasn’t happy with it. I’m going to use this other lady I’ve been going to at a different salon.
