The manager, Michael, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me when I first moved in. I had to come at a later time near the closed hour and he was willing to stay after the business hour to take care of my needs. Michael is very friendly and accommodating, professional and capable. He prepared all the paperwork in advance to make the move-in process extremely smooth and fast. The service I received was extraordinary. It was the best storage experience I have ever encountered. I would recommend this Public Storage to anyone and I will surly keep coming back whenever I need a storage. Michael, thank you so much for you dedication to customer service.
