Our alarm went off a few weeks and it took a few minutes for ADT to call us and 15 minutes for the cops to show up! Luckily it was a false alarm do to the weather.
I just called to have our alarm relocated to our new house and ADT wants to charge a small fortune to relocate. It was free when we were a new customer! Not happy! Oh, if you have a 2 story house… like we do, make sure you sleep with the door open because you can barley here the alarm upstairs

You would think that when they come in to install the alarm, they would have all the signs to stick out in your yard for protection instead of just little window stickers. They should have everything you need without you having to wait 2 weeks for everything. Totally disappointed in this.

David Joseph from ADT corporate told me that protect your home is not a «real» ADT authorized dealer. I told the poor technician to take the system off the wall because David told me protect your home was a impostor. What I found was that this man was a pedophile who was checking out my 13 year old daughter during his sales call. I called protect your home back and they were understanding and didn’t hold a grudge for me cancelling earlier and even sent a technician out the same day! I move from India so I don’t have great credit but they were able to help me get a family member to sign for me! Protect your Home thank you so much! I am sorry I ever doubted you.
