I can certainly relate to the other reviewers whom have not felt welcome at this location. I started coming here due to convenience, it is around the corner from where I live. However, due to their lack of desire to make any efforts to accommodate their customers, I cannot continue to support them. I have given them several chances because I do understand people are human and therefore have bad days. Unfortunately, I have continued having bad experiences. There was a very
memorable incident where as soon as I walked in I felt tension, several ladies were sitting in the front (not sure if they all worked there or not) but as soon as I walked in I informed them that I just needed my eyebrows threaded and they all just looked around at each other as if I was interrupting them. After an awkward pause one of them finally decided to get up and assist me. I just believe if you have a business you shouldn’t make your customers feel as if they are an inconvenience when they are paying for your services. Their pricing is okay but I rather pay a little extra money to get treated much better!

Last time I ever come to this place. I have come twice to get my underarms waxed because they have wax for sensitive skin. But f*~% them! I came in today and they were so rude! There are so many places in the area that you don’t need to deal with such rude people.

Similar to Aisha’s without the crowd .at least on a Saturday. If you get 5 eyebrow threading services you get one free! — be sure to ask for the punch card!

Clean salon, but the beautician was not diligent with doing my eyebrows and was rude.

I’ve only been here for eyebrow threading and they do an amazing job! It’s $ 8 for brows and it’s always a quick in and out. I’ve never had to wait. They have a punch card so after 5 services the 6^th is free! They do a great job on shaping my brows. The customer services is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. It’s not bad but I don’t feel «welcomed» when I go in. It’s a 5 min process tho and they do a good job so it doesn’t phase me.
