They lost 2 items. I completed a claim form about a month and a half ago and still no refund. I call every week and they tell me that the manager will call me back and never does. It is a different story every time I call. It is a huge headache. They lost my clothes and they should replace but they do not care. Very untrusting management and if anything gets lost, it will be the customers responsibility not theirs!

Utter disappointment. Same Day Service goes like this: I drop my clothes off Saturday which means it should make the Monday«Same Day Service» bunch. After fighting traffic on Eldridge, I arrive Monday at 5 to pick up my clothes to find that my clothes were not available for pickup. No compassion or apologies from the employees. They spent 10 minutes slowly walking around in the back and on the phone searching for my order. Waste of time and slightly expensive: $ 36 for 3 casual wear dresses.

Horrible customer service. They have lost 2 shirts of mine within one month and they really don’t care. They do not take responsibility and never return your calls. The manager is never around to talk to or answer any questions you might have. Employees lack responisibility and are very cold shouldered when you try to resolve issues with them. It is not the customer’s job to count pieces nor is it the customers job to make sure every piece is accounted for after they walk out of the door. I’m disappointed in the service provided, and will not be going back! BBB will be getting another complaint on them as well!

The manager Sally refused to return my phone call. I’m they have done this(over charging customers and ignored customers) a thousand times. Bad management, rude staff and worst of all, they felt like it’s not their fault! Ridiculous! It really infuriates me. I’m an going to write a letter to Better Business Bureau to report them!!!

I wont do business with this place again. I leave an expensive, new,(Never worn.) shirt for cleaning and it comes back with a bunch of stains on it. Its a white shirt, so it blows my mind they don’t see the stains and actually hand it back to me. Out it goes for treatment for 7 days. 7 days later — I call and check on its status because they don’t call me. Phone line is busy. Busy busy busy. Long story ‘shirt’, I get it back and it has new stains on it.

I don’t even want to give 1 Star! I brought in all my silk shirts and some t-shirts. 1. My EQUIPMENT silk shirt that was worn only once before, came shrunken — obviously washed, & ironed to the max… and STAINED. I don’t understand how you can mess-up this badly — to stain a shirt, that came in with nothing on it??? 2. a t-shirt that said DRYCLEANONLY, was washed. He didn’t bother to check the inside label — and shrunk my recently bought t-shirt badly. WILLNEVERGOTHEREAGAIN.

They charge slightly more than some of the other places(like 50 cents more) but the guy that worked there hooked it up w/a first time customer discount(which he didn’t have to). Also got some stains out of my blazers. 99 cents for shirts, like 3.25 for pants and jackets. Some other places I’ve seen are like 2.75 for pants n jackets. They also take AMEX, maybe why they charge a little big more. Close to work, no complaints.
