Guess

The staff is not helpful, customers are not welcomed. Sorry that brand does present it self with the staff.

I will never go into the galleria guess store again! By far the worst guess store experience ever and I have shopped at several guess stores. The staff «seemed» to be trying to be friendly and help but I was wrong. I picked out 3 clothing items (1 shirt, 2 pants) to try on and went into the fitting room. The fitting room was not clean at all I really didn’t even want to take off my shoes but since I had to try on some clothes I had to. As I am trying on the clothing I over hear a store employee being asked if I am still in the fitting and to keep a «close watch». As I am trying on these clothes it made me feel very uncomfortable that I had to be «watched» mind you I only was trying on a shirt and 2 pants with sensors on them and as I walked out the fitting room the employee communicated to her manager or whoever was in charge that I was exiting the fitting room. She was standing right there just observing me which made me feel very uncomfortable because there were other people trying clothes on as well but were not being «watched» like I was. I like guess products and clothing and will continue shopping with them but I will never go to the guess store in the galleria mall again. They didn’t do that in some of the other stores like Versace, Louis Vitton, Gucci etc which are very more expensive than guess. When I asked the employee why was I being «watched» she admitted to it but could not give me an answer on why. Like I said no other store in the galleria mall treated me like this so I went to another guess store to purchase the items I wanted. As a high end mall I understand that you have to make sure nobody steals any merchandise from the stores but it’s not ideal to make the customer feel uncomfortable when they are there to actually make legitimate purchases but besides that the galleria mall is amazing!

I had a bad experience at your Galleria store. I went in to one of your fitting rooms to try on a pair of jeans. While in the fitting room, I took my shoes off in order to put on the pair of pants. I don’t know what exactly was it on the floor (a piece of broken glass perhaps) that cut my right foot. Before I knew it there was blood oozing out from the bottom of my foot The store staff was helpful in getting me a first aid kit. But in my opinion, the store needs to have clean, safe fitting rooms for customers to try things on. Needless to say, I had to cut my trip short .I have a doctor’s appointment today for an x-​ray. All in all Not the shopping trip I was hopping for…
