Placed our drive through order three times with three different people?
What’s going on in there? Makes me worried about the food quality.

This is by far the worst Popeyes location I have been to and is consistently getting worse. The employees are rude and slow. Sometimes having so many employees and no customers and still your order comes out 30minutes later. I’ve returned red beans & rice and smashed potatoes more than a few times because it tastes rancid, obviously gone bad. But you can tell them and tell them, even tell the manager, and STILL they DO NOT CARE! They are very unprofessional (ghetto) and have terrible customer service! Stay clear of this location!

think twice before you go here. if you really want that popeyes chicken then you can wait.
every time i have gone through the drive through, they are rude. then make you park all the way around to the front to wait. which i dont understand, are they understaffed? or are they just playing around not doing work?
on the tuesday special night, they are well OVER staffed, and yet it still gets like that.
i’ve had to wait for my small order of food over 45 minutes. on a thursday that’s insane. there were no other customers there. there were plenty of workers inside.
