Ordered lunch through EAT24. Estimate for delivery was 45 to 55 minutes. 58 minutes later I received a call from EAT24 the restaurant just called them to let them know they do not have a driver.
I don’t understand how it takes an hour to determine you cannot fulfill an order.

The chicken was good. EVERYTHING ELSE was bad. I went through the drive thru on my lunch break thinking I would pick something up that was tasty. I didn’t get what I ordered and every side they gave me was awful. Like throw it away and burn the trash awful. Mac n cheese was liquid, mashed potatoes tasted like feet, didn’t even get the french fries or flan I ordered. Don’t, just don’t.
*Update: I called back to complain. I never do this. It was that bad. It didn’t matter though. No one spoke enough english to even understand what I was saying. The lady thought I was placing another order and when I tried to explain I wanted a refund she just hung up on me.
