This place Appears to be out of business. I had pizza delivered once — and it was decent. I’ve called several times since then over the past few weeks and it’s gone to voicemail. Too bad…

Pizza is great but the delivery and service is horrible. Took an hour and a half to get my pizza the last time I ordered. I called after an hour and they told me the oven went out. Would think they would have called me. The three times i’ve ordered delivery it’s always been something. Next time I will pick it up myself.

Pizza is okay. Service is the worst. Heard there was a new pizza place close by, decided to try it out with my family. First, we order our 2 pizzas for delivery. A simple supreme pizza and a pizza with pepperoni, extra cheese, and philly steak meat by itself, no vegetables. 2 hours later, they show up with our pizza and leave. Looks good, until I see the Philly steak has very few pieces of steak, but is mixed with onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Normally this would be alright, I’d just take them off. But no, the blanket of melted-and-then-hardened-wax-like cheese didn’t allow for me to do that. So I call. And call. And call. Until I just end up going to the store, 15 minutes up the road. I check online, and it is now about 25 minutes until close. I see a man, so I call the place a few more times. This time, I hear it ringing inside. He doesn’t make a move for the phone So i go inside with my pizza(now cold), all lights are on. I see the man again, and he sees me, but continues to go about his business. I say«hello?» he doesn’t come. So I move to where we can see each other again, and say it again. He finally acknowledges me. I tell him the issue and ask if he’s going to make me another(CORRECT) pizza(mind you, it is 15 minutes before close). He has the nerve to say no, that they’re closed. I ask well why didn’t you answer the phone 30 minutes ago when I was calling? He says because were closed. They didn’t close for 15 minutes. He gave me half of a refund and I, being completely fed up and not even hungry anymore, took it and left. Will never be going back. Disgusting place.

Great pizza! It’s nice to have another option, other than the big three corporate places. Pizza is tastey, quality cheese and a garlic oil on the crust is a nice addition. More expensive than the chains, but defiantly worth it. I order at least once or twice week.

Little pricey but decent pepperoni pizza. Garlic butter glaze on crust. Decent but nothing to seriously brag about

So I decided to stop by Pizza Love Spring Branch on the way home because the kids wanted pasta. I ordered at the counter, getting the spaghetti with meatballs and the Wednesday special one topping pizza for $ 7.99 for the adults. My kids were with me so after I paid, I went to wait in the car. And wait, and wait. 45 minutes later, the food finally came out! The lady who took my order apologized, but maybe you could have warned me that there was an order of like 15 pizzas ahead of me??? I thought it was a little weird that the staff did not have uniforms. Looked like they were in street clothes. I also thought it was odd that they have a freezer case next to the cash register that has pre-made, pre-packaged desserts and pastas(ravioli, manicotti, etc…) where customers can see that they do not make them. I thought the pizza was okay, not great, not bad, just okay. Same with the spaghetti. There was too much sauce for me, but the meatballs were good. All in all, I probably won’t run back to Pizza Love. We prefer Collina’s.
