The sole cashier spent at least 10 mins with one person. My group along with 4 other parties just left because they can’t seem to get it together.

Arby’s could not make it here so I wish this Schlotzsky’s good karma. Have zipped through here twice and not been disappointed. The order taker this last visit struggled on hearing us but it might have been the back noise they were fighting. The sandwiches are fresh and the cinnabons in a little cup with frosting is yummy.

I was impressed by the customer service at this location. The smiling lady brought our good food out to our table. We had soup and sandwiches and the food was excellent. They keep the place clean and well stocked. I bet they don’t even have slime in the ice machine.

Placed an order to go and got home and had the wrong sandwich. Live too far away to go back. Next time I guess i need to check my order before I leave because obviously the staff does not!

My husband and I went to get a cinnabon here this past weekend. As a pregnant woman I was craving a cinnabon so bad! As some may know, you don’t come in between a pregnant woman and her cravings :-)
Anyway we came here and ordered a cinnabon and it was so dry and not good at all. I was so disappointed. They either need to train their employees on how to make good cinnabons or focus on just sandwiches. I don’t know about the ice cream but I don’t want to taste it because I am afraid of being disappointed. Come on now its Carvel! I am from the east coast and I would hate to get some and have it be below good quality. :-/​.
Well I think next time I will go to the mall to get my fix because this place was disappointing on the cinnabon side *sigh*

I love Schlotzky’s and LOVE that this location has a drive through. It’s super close to my office so I can be pick up a quick meal so easily. I really like the combo in which you can choose half a sandwich and a salad. Not just a plain side salad, but any salad off the menu from chicken Caesar to a mixed green salad with nuts and berries.
Great, consistent food that convenient? Couldn’t ask for more on a busy work day.

I love this place and always have! I decided to order lunch for office meetings and not only did I get great food but awesome service. It doesn’t get better than that. Dave, you have a customer for life!!!
