HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE! we get there to pick up our order 5 minutes earlier and the doors are locked chairs are put up when closing hours aren’t until 11! customer service girl named MARISOL calls me back asking if I want to go back and pick it up lol what!!! She didn’t even seem one bit concerned about how angry I was! What kind of service is this! Never going back

I ordered a personal pan pizza today with beef. I received my pizza and it doesn’t have any pizza sauce on it!!! What pizza place doesn’t use pizza sauce? I did get a refund on my pizza though. They offered to make me a new pizza, but I didn’t have time.

I’m officially done with Pizza Hut because of this store. They cannot get an order right and Pizza Hut’s customer service is terrible. I hope this store withers away. There is nothing redeeming about this location.

I really enjoy going to this location. My order is always ready when I arrive. The food is ways hot and delicious. I love their wings and the different flavors they offer. The manager greets me by name and always plays with my kids. They also have a couple tables to sit down and enjoy your food there while it is still hot.

I placed an order, and the delivery driver delivered the wrong order. I ordered 14 wings and pizza rollers yet I received a PZone, personal pizza and order of quepapas. I realized this maybe 60 seconds after the driver drove off. I immediately called the store’s given number, which is 713−777−0338 however the number forwards to a call center. I was told by the call center that the manager would call me back immediately to fix the issue. I waited 30+ minutes but no call came, so I called the call center back again and was escalated to a manager where I was on hold for 7 minutes. I requested a direct line to the store from the manager to fix the issue but they said they can not provide us with the number as they all forward to the call center. This is the most ridiculous business practice I’ve ever heard of. The manager asked me to hold, and I did so for about 3 minutes before I was hung up on. I was not disconnected as she had my phone number and did not call me back. Pathetic customer service from a so called manager. Finally after 45 minutes I was able to get a refund. The sad thing is, since my receipt was correct and the order was wrong that means another customer had to go through all the same crap I did to get the order fixed. Ridiculous. Don’t order from this location or any Pizza Hut location that uses a call center, because if there is a problem with your order you could wait hours to have it fixed. worst. service ever… my order never came… tried to speak to.a.manager and was constantly put on hold a manager never answered the phone… will never order from here ever again… i ask the cashier if the could call a manager they told«they were not allowed to because it was not in their job description»…i know its only pizza hut but i expected better customer service than i recieved…
