Upon arriving at this location, I immediately noticed a drastic difference between this, and other gamestops I’ve been to in Houston. To begin with, I was given a cold-shouldered greeting, I was watched over like a hawk by one of the employees(a hispanic man with long hair) while I browsed the store’s selection. When I asked the employee for assistance, I got short/curt responses in a condescending and arrogant tone. Furthermore, he provided me with inaccurate information about products, and tried to convince me that what I was looking for is not available at this location, making no effort to help me locate it. It’s a wonder how this location is still open giving the kind of deplorable customer service I’ve received. The employee I was dealing with was obviously power-drunk on the little bit of authority he has within the confines of the store, which will now be forever known to me as the worst gamestop I’ve ever been to.

Well I’m mad! I never ever have problems with any GameStop but this one… lets just say this brown hair curly fat ass is a complete asshole. Now I’ve been going to gamestops for about 12+ years now and I know they close at 9. I get to this one exactly at 9 and this guy has the gates closed. He doesn’t have the kindness to let me in and get a game I’ve been all around town for. Let’s not mention how he doesn’t have the proper respect to crack the door open. Instead he’s trying to yell through the glass doors to tell me he’s closed. If you gonna be a complete asshole at least have the respect to let me how your a lazy shit, that complains about not making enough, because your store is hated by everyone in that area and wanted to close a tad early so you could get home and play Pokemon sapphire on you DS. This place is a shame to gamestops and i will never go back there again. –this doesn’t even deserve one star rating.
