I placed an order online on my way home from work. My cousin was at home and received the delivery. When I finally arrived, I noticed that half of my order was missing. I proceeded to call Pizza Hut 6 times over the course of an hour to get a refund on all the items we were missing. They have two extensions when you call in. The first extension allows you to place an order, the second extension option lets you check on an order, modify, or cancel. The second extension would ring a dozen times and my call would be hung up on. I finally got fed up and dialed into their other extension and someone picked up within two rings. I explained to the young woman that I was missing items from my order, she apologized and told me she could not handle those issues, but would forward my call to someone who could. Lo and behold she forwarded me to the line no one picks up. I’ve tried over half a dozen times to get this issue resolved, but in essence they stole from me. I will never order from the crooks at this location again.

I’ve currently been waiting for my order for an hour and a half(still not here) employees avoid answering telephone, I wish I cloud say this was the first time, but every time I order from this location my order is late, wrong, or both. Serious problem with employees and management. Shame on me for giving this terrible location another chance.

I worked at a pizza hut before and trust me its not easy. I been a customer to this location for the longest and yeah I have had mess up but the employees and managers are very nice to me and always try to find a solution to please me. I know it gets busy sometimes out of know where that’s why when I call to place and order I make sure I know what’s the delivery or the carry out time to except before placing it. People should stop being so rude to these employees because we all make mistakes and we are all not perfect!!! I would recommend this pizza hut because the food is great and the service is great!

Received a confirmation order number and time for my pizza. 25 mins after that time I called to check the status of my order. The male on the phone kept putting me on hold and making excuses then finally hung up. I called back for a girl to answer and to tell me right away that they have been calling the number our order had listed to tell us that the card hadn’t gone through. Which was a lie because we never received a call. The charge still went through and we received no food even though we provided an order number and time of delivery. Plus we checked our bank account and no way could the charge could’ve been declined.

I wish I could give this place a negative rating. The order took over a hour and a half and when it finally got here, it was already cold. During this time, I tried to call this store multiple times(more than 10); the line keep ringing then dropping the call after 4 or 5 rings. I also called the 1 – 800 customer service number listed online but was on hold for over 10 minutes. When I tried the store location again, I finally got someone on the phone. There was no explanation as to the order was so late. The rep just said that«the order was overdue.» Really? This is the worst delivery experience I ever had with Pizza Hut. If at all possible, stay away from ordering from this location.

I’ve had plenty of problems with this location… they get the orders wrong… over all the wrong pizza… or never got my order. The list just goes on. If I could give them a negative rating… it would at least be a –6 stars. They have never offer anything for the inconveniences. This is just the last straw. I would rather do carry out at the west and hw6 location even though it’s a lot further. My order already took an hour to get here… turns out my pizza wasnt what I ordered online. I guess they carelessly took someone else’s or maybe they just did it in spite due to my note«please make it correct». Thank goodness one of the pizzas was right… just wasnt /my/pizza. Instead of a hand toss veggie lover with spinach… i got a thin crust supreme with spinach. The pizza was disgustingly cold. I called and told them what happened… guess I got transferred to the manager.“we’ll send another pizza to you and you can switch out the pizza with the driver” wowwwwww srsly? Okay. That’s fine. I asked him how long would it take… 25 minutes. He didnt offer anything nor apogolized. So… i have to wait an hour for my pizza to come and now an additional 25 minutes without an apology? I’m just done. Hopefully they don’t spit in my pizza before I actually receive it while I’m posting this up. But I’m definitely not ordering from here again. … an hour later and still no pizza.

Ordered carry-out. Said order was ready online, waited 10 minutes when arrived, then they gave the pizza away to a delivery person. Waited another 10 minutes to re-do order and we won’t ever return again. Recommend Dominoes right down the street for perfection.

The most horrible place I’ve ever been to in my life. The only reason I am giving it one star, is because I can’t give it 0… or negative in this case. Started the night by calling Pizza Hut to place an order for 2 medium size pizzas. The girl that answered the phone took down my order, all my information, and the credit card information from. She then informed me that my order would be delivered by 8:37pm. At 8:51pm, I redialed the exact same number I called, and she then informed me that she had no information regarding my order. No telephone number, and no address information. Now, due to the fact that someone was walking around with my credit card information up there, I asked to speak to the manager. I was then put on hold for over 5 minutes, and hung up on. I attempted to call back 8TIMES, and the girl up at the front picked up the phone, and hung it up 8TIMES.(We all know what a someone hanging up the phone on you sounds like). So, I decided to drive up there. I walked in the front, and asked to speak with a manager immediately. I then asked the girl up front(who was answering the phones) if she was the one that kept hanging up on me. She said she wasn’t …yeah…okay…she didn’t seem to be the brightest person in the room. She went to get the manager, and we finally came to the front, I couldn’t help but laugh. Dopey McDoperson was either super high, or super slow. He had the complete«I don’t care about my job, or you, attitude». I told him the situation. At this point, there is now one manager looking for my information, the girl on the phones, and then some other girl who apparently needed to make her appearance known, and sit there staring at me the entire time.(You really have a «winning» group of people working here). The manager says that he apologizes, and wants to give me a free pizza. No…I ordered two, and I still don’t have two pizzas. All I wanted to know at that point was who had my credit card information. Which again, they couldn’t figure out. So, as I walk out, apparently phone girl and the girl with the eye problem can’t figure out that windows work both ways, and go on a bitch fit about me. So, I turned around to go back inside, and eye problem girl yells something, and they both go running back into the kitchen. So I sat at the front, and phone girl finally decides to come back, and I asked if they had something to say to me. Which I got a pretty affirmative«no» from. I exclaimed«that’s what I thought». I walked to my car, which was facing the kitchen, and again(windows work both ways), and there is eye problem girl, just bitching me out through the kitchen window.(Thanks for that btw, I got a wonderful video of you running your mouth, and that got sent to corporate as well… as I was on the phone with them the entire time). All of this, to get home and check my bank account, to find that THEYCHARGEDMYCARD! I then called back up there, asked to speak to the manager, and was put on hold for another 7 minutes. Dopey picks up the phone, and I asked him how it is that my card got charged, if they had no information on my order. He mumbled something, and then said he would reverse the transaction. HOWDOYOUDOTHAT, IFYOUDON’T HAVEMYINFORMATION??? Pizza Hut… Really? You might need to think about completely doing a clean out of this store… the people you have working here are slow, and completely horrible at their jobs. Being that this is a neighborhood Pizza Hut, and you are sitting at a 2 ½ star rating, and it’s just getting worse… maybe you should have looked into this a long time ago. I’m in the industry myself… these are the type of people that give us a bad name. Please save your time, AND your money, and go somewhere else. You’ll thank me later.

Only giving one star due to the fact I can’t leave zero. Last time I ordered they messed up my order and said I’d get a free one next time I called. I didn’t even redeem that pizza and ordered via their app on my phone last night. Didn’t get special crust or flavor drizzle as I selected AND confirmed in my email confirmation. Could’ve gotten the same pizza anywhere. Called to complain to the manager. Was told he’d call me back. No call back. Horrible service, horrible management, won’t get what you order, call ANYONE else. Pizza Hut, must mean Pizza Nuts cause I’d have to be nuts to order pizza from here again.

Order a ham stuffed crust for delivery, and we got at sausage stuffed crust, when we called and complained they said they were out of ham. So instead of calling us they just made it with sausage and sent out for delivery… Also they staff is not helpful. Called today for delivery and they can’t delivery for anther 1 ½ hours…

I ordered pizza online on 6.27.14 @ 4:18pm. I’ve had pizza delivered from this location for 16 years. This order never came. After 3 calls to the restaurant and 2 confirmations that the pizza had actually gone out, I finally cancelled the order after patiently waiting for over an hour and half. When I made the 3rd call I asked to speak to the manager to assure my card would be credited back. Finally a man who identified himself as Ron answered. I asked if he was the manager and he said no the owner. I explained the issue and the response was not apologetic but rather snotty, rude, and condescending. I was told 2 drivers attempted to deliver to my address and I wouldn’t answer the door. I disputed this fact after confirming they had the correct address. I said I have 3 large dogs who bark and charge the door when they hear someone approach our door. I said there is no way that anyone attempted delivery because I had been in the front room the entire time waiting on the delivery, along with my 3 adult children. Ron came back with«oh, okay ma’am, yes, I’m lying» «I’m lying». Never did Ron apologize, never did Ron attempt to offer me a solution. He clearly didn’t care about my business. So Ron — worry no longer because I will never order from your establishment again and I will and have told friends and family and anyone else who is interested that you sir, do not deserve our business. By the way, your assurance Ron, that I would receive a credit to my account hasn’t happened either and today is July 5th. I have contacted my bank and will dispute the charge. There are plenty of establishments who are customer service orientated and clearly want your business. Ron and the managers at Pizza Hut on Rippling Water & Highway 6 do not. Go elsewhere!
