Worst service ever! Inexcusable. Do not waste your time. We ordered for delivery and waited over two hours(on a weekday– not weekend or evening). Even worse– we are only 3BLOCKSAWAY!!! Pizza arrived cold. Poor service, unprofessional staff.

Terribly understaffed or under managed. I have managed pizza restaurants and worked at many. Ill prepared or staffed. Not sure cause i am just the customer. All I know is it too 2 hours to get a cold pizza. Almost got 3 pizzas because the driver handed over his whole bag. Fortunately I am honest and notified the driver that I didn’t order this much. Turns out he has free pizzas to still deliver. Driver was super nice and o could tell he was stressed. Honestly Your better off ordering from a local small company or doing carry out from another location If you love papa johns pizza. Go to another restaurant and pick it up. Ps the delivery fee does not go to the driver so tip them still. It’s not their fault that they have poor management or staffing

The pizza here is good but not worth dealing with the idiots that work there. They constantly forget sides, drinks and anything extra added to the order. When you call for them to correct the mistake the phone gets passed from one teenage idiot to the other. They are very unprofessional, do not know how to speak to a customer without being rude. I had to call about a problem with my order and before I could tell the idiot on the phone my problem he blurts out, «it’s in the oven». What does that have to do with my missing sides? Save yourself the headache of ordering from here and get your pizza from any of the thousands of other pizza place in Houston.

Rude and Unprofessional Have been a customer from this Papa Johns for over 3 yrs, had some bad experiences before but nothing to severe as today. Unfortunately this time we are by far more«upset» not to use foul language. We ordered online and it did mentioned over an hour which is fine knowing is Memorial Day weekend(Monday 7:30PM Ordered). It was 9PM no delivery yet so we called and«Manager» male said on delivery, then again called at 9:30PM said on delivery said if not delivered in the next 10 minutes we want to cancel order. 9:55PM we called to cancel order the male«Manager» said«Not my problem I’m off the clock let me get you someone.» Then the(Teenage) «Manager» said she could not cancel charge due to NOTKNOWINGHOWTOUSECREDITCARDMACHINE! Needless to say pizza got delivered at 10PM Then they forget all accessories ordered to and we live 3 minutes from store, she said it would take at least 20minutes. Not worth the hassle for pizza anymore. Great taste yes, but POORCUSTOMERSRVICE! We will miss the pizza but its not worth the hassle with the employees answering the phone or unprofessional«Managers». Needless to say we will no longer be purchasing from this location and possibly from the franchise.

Papa Johns overall is pretty good, but this location is ABSOLUTELYAMAZING!!! I’ve ordered from here plenty of times, and don’t have any complaints whatsoever. On the bright side, they: 1) ALWAYS get it right, even with my «half-pizza toppings». 2) Are ALWAYS on time. The most amazing delivery was during the last Superbowl, where I pre-ordered and they rang my doorbell on the MINUTE I asked for. 3) Offer a GREAT online ordering system. Very easy to use. 4) Offer good value. What else could you ask for!!! Get it the way you want it, and get it on time!
