I don’t think I’ve ever ordered a pizza from this place where something didn’t go right. I’ve had pizzas that should have been delivered in 45min, take well over 2 hours to get to me. I’ve had orders that had the wrong toppings. I’ve gotten cold pizzas, undercooked, and overcooked. I’ve tried complaining but all the manager does is say they’ve been slammed and offer me free breadsticks, which are usually burned as well. I love Pizza Hut but don’t recommend this location at all.

As a meat lover and with it being lent season and not eating meat on Fridays, it’s hard for me to find a place to get some good food to eat. I was having a horrible day and couldn’t find anywhere to go so I decided to go to pizza hut for some pasta and pizza. I ordered a pasta with no chicken and a pizza with mushrooms. Normally when I order pizza hut it takes about 30 – 45 minutes but this only took 15 minutes. Not only the food and wait was amazing, but so was the customer service. Miguel, a young teenage boy working late hours(this was about 11:40pm) still greeted me with a strong welcome and a smile. He showed me my food to make sure it was correct which surprised me because everywhere I go I always have to check it myself! It was nice to have someone else do it for a change. Miguel shows a good example of how this generation of young workers should be unlike that girl in the previous review Maria wrote about. THERE’S STILLHOPE!!!

There’s always something missing from the order. The most recent time, I was missing my drink, marinara, and icing. The driver said the drink was in his car, he said he’d be right back; he never came back. I called the store to complain, was redirected to some call center. It ended up taking an hour+ to get my missing items.

This is by far the worst Pizza Hut with the worst service. It should honestly be shut down and all of those workers should be fired. I went there recently after ordering on the phone. I told the people who took my order that I had a coupon for the pizza and they told me when I went to pick up my pizza, to show the coupon and they will mark it down accordingly. Long story short, I get there and the cashier refuses to acknowledge my coupon and argues with me back and forth about him not being able to mark it. He ended up marking it down, but he felt the need to argue with me about it. Worst experience ever. Do not go there!!!

This should be zero stars!!! First set of thin and crunchy pizza were nothing but greasy doughy mush! Couldn’t even pick the pizza up. Called to complain and request a refund but was told they wouldn’t. They would only give me credit to order more crap the next time or let them remake one right away. After almost an hour I received the remake pizzas that were now thin and crunchy but also burnt! I will never order from Pizza Hut ever again. They are nothing like they used to be or will ever be again.

Yeah, this place is definitely going down hill. Seems like they are hiring lazy incompetent young workers that don’t understand the power of work. I’m guessing the parents never taught them anything. this generation sucks! First hand, know that at this location it’s only meant for pick up, not order and then wait. So tell me why every time I come to pick up – this little tiny place is always cramped with people. They only have 5 chairs on the inside, with some quarter games, and a drink cooler. When I walked in, there were two girls at the counter. One was doing her job and the other one simply nothing. She had could easily be doing her job as well; I mean she applied to the cashier position and wasn’t doing it. Lazy, just wanna get paid on the clock by being slow. I hate ordering online; that animated pizza is so confusing and charges for everything. Honestly, I missed ordering by phone. It was simpler that way – no signing in or passwords needed! Every time we do delivery, we get good service. Though, sometimes the young man doesn’t ring the door bell. Of course, I’m sure he doesn’t work here anymore due to getting paid so low. I do like how they fix my chicken pizza here; I like how the pizza here tastes because that’s what I’m used to: buttery crust, grilled chicken, red onions. just pure yumminess. I can do without the service. Oh and don’t get them cheesy bites pizza; it absolutely doesn’t look nothing like the picture online.

Worst experience ever at a Pizza Hut, ordered online and stated be ready in 35 mins. Got there and still had to wait another 30 – 45 mins. There were customers there that had done same thing(place online order) and waited longer then I did when they arrived.

Delivery SUCKS!!! I’ve called for delivery 3 different times at this location and every time it’s 30 mins or more than the actual expected time that they give you. At first I let it go figuring they were understaffed and to busy, but after this 3rd and last attempt, I will never order from here again!!!

The pizza was greasy(more than usual for Pizza Hut) and waaay undercooked. Had to throw it in the oven. Kinda killed my appetite. Disgusting.

My pizza order summary for my daughters birthday: Looked up the local Pizza Hut on Unilocal: 10904 Scarsdale Blvd, Houston, TX77089 The number on Unilocal is(281) 809‑6716. When I called this number the lady answering the phone said«we don’t take orders» with no other alternative or explanation. I ask her«is this Pizza Hut?» Her: «yeah but we don’t take orders». Me: «how do I get pizza?!?» Her: «you call the ordering line» and proceeds to give me a number: 2814810111. It’s a fax line. So I call back and tell her I need the right number. She try’s to give me the fax number again. I had to tell her three times it was a fax line before she wised up, put me on hold for 5 minutes, and got me a new number: 2814840111. So I call and a lady that sounds like Roz from Monsters Inc picks up. «This is Pizza Hut what’s your number». I tell her. She starts saying«hello… Hello. Hello.» over and over while I’m yelling«HELLOOOOO». So I hang up and call back. It’s been 15 minutes since my first attempt at this point. I place my order and ask when it will be here, she says 1 hour, which works out because we are still driving back from the other side of town. As I’m 2 minutes from my house(30 minutes from the order) I get a call from the Pizza Hut on Scarsdale telling me the pizza guy just tried to deliver. I tell them I was told it was supposed to be there in an hour, but I’m two minutes away. The driver says«I guess I’ll come back then». Alrighty then. So he shows up, and… Drumroll… Burnt pizza!!! Yes really. So he takes all three back and says he will be right back with new pizza. So 30 minutes later, no pizza. We call customer service, wait on hold for about 10 minutes for them to find out what is happening at the store. They let us know they are now going to remake the pizzas and give us a 50%discount, it will be there in 40 minutes unless we want to come pick it up in 15. We opt to pick it up because we have 4 starving kids at our house(and I’m 9 months pregnant). 5 minutes later we get a call from the store manager insisting that she already called and someone told her that we don’t want the pizza anymore, just a refund. No, that didn’t happen. So she says the pizza delivery guy is on the way. Well my husband has already left to go to the store. So a new pizza delivery lady shows up with three new pizzas and our money back in cash. One is burnt, and all three were pepperoni(we ordered one cheese). So I call my husband who is pulling up to the store and share the good news. Well I guess he handled it because he came back with 3 correct non-burnt pizzas. So 2 hours after we originally ordered our pizzas, we can now eat our pizza and birthday cake.
