I have had so many issues with this particular location. This time though has pushed me over the edge. I placed an order more than 2 hours ago online. I called an hour and a half later to check on my order which hadn’t shown up. The manager calls me back and says that they tried to call me after I had placed my order and because I didn’t answer the phone(?) they placed the order on hold because it was raining. They said they tried to make a delivery attempt and when they couldn’t make the delivery they cancelled the order. I’ve been home the whole time. 1. They called right after I placed the order and left a vm of them hanging up. No message. Nothing saying«hey this is Pizza Hut» or anything. 2. They made a delivery attempt and then cancelled the order when they couldn’t make the delivery. I never left my house and if they called me the 1st time why couldn’t they call the second. 3. They cancelled the order. No call. No anything saying you aren’t getting your food. Just sit there and wait for it like but we aren’t showing up. Thanks for making me wait on food for an hour and a half that was never coming. Avoid this Pizza Hut if you can!

If I could give this sorry excuse for a restaurant no stars I would. I ordered wings 2 hours ago and had to cancel the order because they never arrived. Do NOT order from this unprofessional hell hole. What do you expect from a restaurant run out of a hut? Horrible!

Can’t go wrong with an order online. No miscommunication no hold time no mistakes. The food isn’t gourmet but its worth it. Roommate bought the dinner tonight so I’m not complaining a bit on this one. If it truly sucks I’ll let the Unilocal crew know

Horrible customer service!!! I was spending 30 mins to order pizza on the phone with incomplete orders. The lady was ignorant and didn’t listen. She cursed me out and hung up the phone! Very rude!

Ordered a crust stuffed pizza and got one regular. I had to wait for them to make the right order. It’s better if you order online, so nobody will mess up your order.

Can i give zero? I ordered three large chicken supreme pizza worth $ 50.00. I asked for red pepper. The guy said 75 cents each. What really 75 cents. I asked for a small sachet not a whole bottle. I told him most pizza place give it to customers as condiments. The cashier said no problem, you can go there instead, rude guy probably pissed because of family problems. Stay home. Any ways, I instantly asked him excuse me what did you say? He repeated same thing. I asked my credit card back and pointed three pizza that was ready and said you can eat your own pizza. There are thousand pizza huts in H– town.

I have not been to Pizza Hut in years so I thought i would give it a try last night. Went to this location it looks kind of old and looks like it’s due for remodel went in side it was empty so I guess everyone gets orders to go well I walked up to the counter was not greeted the girl at the counter seemed like she had a attitude ps if u don’t like your job find a new one, but any ways I placed my order large pizza 2 toppings for 7.99 and bread sticks the prices weren’t bad. I only waited about 15mins and my food was ready, it tasted great I was pleased so I guess I will return but they just need to work on there customer service

Was in a hurry while visiting a family member who lives nearby. She never complained about this Pizza Hut and I thought they were great. Cashier was friendly and we got our pizza 5 minutes faster than the 20 min estimate. Pizza was made perfectly and we devoured it as soon as I got back to her apt. Not bad for carry-out in a big city. Definitely better than the Pizza Huts where I live.

Most Pizza Hut stores I’ve been to are a complete joke. Order are late by hours, literally. You could order a pizza online/phone 2 hours in advance and still be late by the time you pick it up, the employees seem not to even notice when customers come into the store. And the pizza is bad anyway, I usually get Domino’s or Papa John’s, needless to say this was Pizza Hut’s last chance…

I placed an order for delivery at 8.50pm now its 10.40pm and i am still waiting for my pizza. whats even worse is that i cant even directly contact the store because the phone number is directed to the main office and supposetly they are going to call me back from the store which they still havent. Are these people serious? i have to wait for an hour and forty minutes for a freakin pizza??? I am NEVER ordering pizza hut again. This is how you lose customers…

This place has been a faithful standby for me for years, however, they are ALWAYS late getting the orders out and the restaurant is nothing to write home about… the dining room is decorated very sparsely and the bathrooms are unmentionable. One of the managers was quick to solve an issue I had once so, they tried to make it better. Happy dining! **ALWAYSPADTHEDELIVERYANDTAKEOUTTIMEBY15 mins.**

This was by far my worst dine-in pizza restaurant experience ever. They have no fountain drinks, bottled options only. Not even tap water. The manager offered to sell us a 2 liter soda but said they only have sauce cups to drink from. Bottled water $ 1.50 each. When you order wings, expect to pay for any sauce at all – none comes with it. And though this wasn’t specifically their fault, a guy waiting for a carryout order had his cell phone blaring music while he waited. Dude, nobody wants to hear their favorite music blasting through your tinny speakers, much less the lame tunes you were forcing us to listen to. Fruit flies swarmed the table. And the pizza could have made up for all of it but instead failed miserably. They call the crust hand-tossed but it was almost the thickness of pan pizza. And when I order a cheese pizza, is it too much to ask that there be cheese covering all the sauce? I’m not talking mounds of cheese(though I wouldn’t kick that pizza out of my bed, let me tell ya), but come on, people – give me the feeling that the pizza might call me tomorrow and we can maintain the illusion that this is more than just a one night thing. Sadly, it is now the day after this miserable dining experience and my one night stand has turned into the stalker who won’t leave you alone. Yes, folks, to the bathroom I head once again to rid myself of the foul meal that was Pizza Hut on Chimney Rock. If you have a choice, go anywhere else. Even the lowly pizza at Chuck E Cheese has this place beat!
