I love this pizza Hut .note I always carryout so I don’t get the usual call center issues or delayed delivery. staff is friendly and I love that new pretzel crust

Mother wanted pizza for her bday lol so I placed an order for pickup. I am not used to having a call center take care of my order, so the service was WAAAY too automated, making sure I was picking up at the correct location, etc. It was a bit annoying because I was in a rush and I was literally down the road after going to Kroger on woodforest. I walk into the Pizza Hut and I’m still talking with the person at the call center trying to upsale, which I only wanted the pizza for my mom, no need for extras. Any who, Jesus, one of the team members, was attentive and nice with me when I walked in for my carry out.
I do not like call centers, so that is why I gave 4 starts lol. I still enjoying talking to employees that are not reading a script.

Good pizza. Delivery is usually within 30 minutes. Lots of food to choose from.
Not as good as Pappa John’s but better than Dominoes.

So, ordered pizza at 5:35pm, ETA on our pizza was 6:15pm, it’s already 6:30pm, no pizza, impatient person who ordered the pizza called and asked if he could just pick it up and not worry about it being delivered since the pizza is still there at the place. They told us «no» or they’d have to make a charge for them switching it to carry out and it may be another 20 – 30 minutes before its delivered. And it’d take 2 weeks just to pay us back the charges from delivery to carry out on the credit card history.
It’s 7:10pm. Still no pizza.
It is now 7:33pm, finally got our pizza. Pizza and wings are luckily hot, but for them to lie about saying «oh, it’s left», call 20 minutes later, «it’s now just leaving».
RIDICULOUS!!!
