Domino’s Pizza

This review is about the way this location is ran by the franchise not the quality of the food. I find it rediculous that you are charged $ 1.35 cents for a small container of parmesan cheese. I called corporate and they said it was up to franchise owner, the district manager who answers his phone by his first name and not as Dominos district manager, stated it is an expense that is passed on to the customer. That a pasta dish at a restaurant would cost 3 times as much. I loved the pasta dish that I ate but it cost $ 7.49 cents, I’ve never paid almost $ 24.00 for a pasta dish at any fine dining restaurant. I will continue to go to Dominos I just thing this location should realize that parmesan cheese is a condiment, are you going to start charging for a fork? What do you think? But the food is too notch. Come on guys! Its the little things. I can buy 40 oz. Of Parmesan cheese at Costco for $ 8.00. Your milking the cow. Bit I have a solution when eating on the go rather than paying. $ 1.35 go to Kroger across the street and buy a bigger container of cheese for 3.50 before stopping to get your pizza or pasta. Solution solved and Dominos will get the hint.

I always order delivery and love it. I’ve never had a problem with the staff or my orders. The online order option is super easy to do too. Extra cheese pan pizza is the best!

In regards to my last order, on the day of the occurrence I called the store and spoke to a manager named Mr. Smith. He was very apologetic and said he would apply a credit to my account to go towards my next order. Fast forward to today, I call the store where the excellent customer service expert, Shawn, answered and promptly took my order. When he gave me the total, I inquired about the credit that was supposed to be added to my account. He then politely informed me it wasn’t there and immediately went to his supervisor, Mr. Morris for assistance. Long story short, I was denied the promised credit without the in store supervisor even coming to the phone to speak with me in regards to situation. I was then told by Shawn I could wait until Mr. Smith (who was out on a delivery) returns to the store and speak with him…

Pizza was hot and fresh. Chose to pick up from the store since the delivery wait was going to be longer than 30 minutes. Pizza was full of all my favorite ingredients. When no sharing with kids you get to add all the veggies to a pie. WOO-​HOO!!!
Store was clean and people was nice. It was a rainy Friday night so naturally they were busy.

I got a couple of pizzas, ordered them online and carried out. The staff was working and my order got a little bit delayed because they were out of one of the ingredients that I had requested, but it wasn’t more than a 5 minute wait after the allotted time frame. Competent staff from what I could see, I’ll be coming back
