I’ve ordered from the Pizza Hut on 290& Jones for the last 4 years. I’ve never been disappointed until tonight. I ordered a supreme pizza, but for some reason they decided to leave the peppers off(not my request). It was cold, but I’m sure that’s because it was 15 minutes late. I also ordered an individual boneless chicken dinner that came with waffle fries. Look Pizza Hut, I get it, you’re a pizza restaurant. However, if you are going to put something other than pizza on your menu at least have the decency to cook it probably. My waffle fries were cold and hard.(Again this could be because the delivery was late). So tonight Oct 5, I basically have you $ 28.38(tip included, & yes I feel foolish for tipping). My chicken was fine; so Pizza Hut if you were aiming for 1 out of 3, then I’ll stop feeling sick to my stomach at the fact that I gave you my hard earned money. If that wasn’t your aim, then you all should be ashamed. I trusted you to feed my family and you delivered me crap. After a 4 year relationship, I’m breaking up with you.

I’ve done plenty of complaining about this place. I have to say that they do look like they are attempting to improve their service lately.

My review begins at ordering the pizza online, last night(5÷7÷15) and being told I had a 54 minute delivery time, after paying online. Upon calling the store, I was told that the store stops deliveries at 10:30PM. I put my order in at 10:40PM, why does the site accept the order if they can’t deliver that late? I don’t know. I tell the employee over the phone that I would be there instead to pick up the order. He said that was fine. I get to the store and I get my old purchase voided and given a new charge slip, that was cool. The employee/cashier was super courteous and professional. However, I don’t know his name to commend him for his professionalism, because he was not wearing a name tag(more on that later.) While waiting for my order the store received what appeared to be 2 separate calls. The delivery employee apparently mixed up the orders. On the first call, while the nameless employee was on the phone, Kendrick yells to the nameless employee on the phone to tell the complaining customer that he «spit in his food.» That alerted me to start watching Kendrick prepare my order. This was around 10:50PM. As I am taking notes on his behavior, what appears to be another phone call comes in. Another complaint to which Kendrick yells from the kitchen to the nameless employee on the phone to tell that customer to «suck his huevos»(derogatory for suck my balls.) This was at 10:52PM. In utter disbelief, I look over to the heavyset woman, whom I’m assuming to be named Allison(her name was on my receipts) and she is laughing. I could not believe it. After taking my order, and being yelled at from the back of the kitchen by Kendrick stating that someone wanted my phone number, I called the store back at 11:05PM with a rude sounding tone from a woman saying«we’re closed.» I understood that. I called to get the name of the nameless employee and the delivery driver(who were not putting themselves in this nonsense) and she flat out refused. She told me she was the store manager and it was against policy to give out names of employees. I told her simply I would not need the names of the employees had everyone been wearing name tags. To which she rudely replied«all of my employees always wear their name tags.» Well, clearly not if I had to call back inquiring. She would not tell me their names because I would not tell her why I wanted them. I did not want to alert her to the complaint I was going to file and she give me the run around or hang up on me. I thanked her anyway and I hung up. With the exception of the professionalism of the nameless employee(short skinny white male) and the delivery driver(tall and more muscular white male) this was by far the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I’ve never seen that blatant lack of professionalism — especially in front of a customer. I’ve gone to this particular Pizza Hut before and even with the mishaps I’ve had, I still would return, due to its incredible convenience to my workplace. I am looking for the district manager’s information, and I will contact the store and corporate to let them know of this incident. Joking or not, some things just don’t need to be said in a fast food restaurant, and especially in front of a PAYINGCUSTOMER!

This place is just awful! How are they still in this business. I made the mistake of ordering carry out and for the second time in a row I get the«we are looking for your order!» Would have been nice for them to tell me that they needed to make my order before I paid for it. Damn them! Avoid this place! Incompetent employees!!!

I love pizza hut but this exact location sucks. They always get the orders wrong and is stingy with the toppings. If there was another close location near me then I would go there but there isn’t so I’m screwed. Ugh!!!

Ordered pizza for delivery from this restaurant last night. The pizza got here earlier than expected and was actually hot! Problem is that the delivery driver didn’t have any change! It doesn’t do any good to order pizza during their $ 10 sale, when you end up paying and extra $ 7.00. Is this a new scam? If the delivery driver doesn’t have any change he can get a bigger tip? Makes me kind of glad I didn’t use my credit card. Imagine the size of tip he could have given himself then!
