Sicily Pizza & Pasta

Ordered shrimp Alfredo. Small baby shrimp, little to no flavor. I’ll probably stick to their pizza next time. If there’s a next time.

First time ordering from Sicily and it went pretty well! The delivery came early, the side Caesar salad I ordered was fresh and well put together (though the lettuce was not completely cut so all of my romaine was stuck together. Not terrible but a little hard to eat!). I ordered a pizza online through the Eat24 app and did a create your own pizza with feta cheese, garlic, and bacon. There were no options for sauces so I wasn’t able to select anything, but when I received my pizza there was no sauce on it? No crushed tomatoes or tomato sauce to speak of. I’m not sure if it was the ingredients I selected that defaulted my pizza to have no sauce but I was pretty sad about it. Overall though a decent experience and will give a second chance!

Ordered the deluxe pizza which was awesome. But the chicken Alfredo was not very good. Sauce was bland and chicken had lots of tendons.

This is always our first pick for pizza. We love their chicken Alfredo pizza, their calzones are equally amazing. And their Pasta! Love love love!
I chose them when the big pizza companies were busy and I took a chance and I’m so glad I did. They’re better than the big pizza shops.

I absolutely love this place friendly staff warm fresh delicious pizza. I will definitely be back soon. I’m going to be a regular.

Cheesiness perfection!
Ordered a Hawaiian pizza and the cheese and main topics were great. To my taste, the bread could be crunchier and add more sauce.
The stuffed jalapeños were alright, microwaveable looking but not bad.
The place could use a pick me up and more ambiance (there was no music playing or tvs) but the service from the lady behind the counter was polite.

I am new to Houston, and am a die-​hard pizza lover/connoisseur…I’ve been to a few pizzerias, but none that made me do my ‘happy dance’. Then I found Sicily’s. I go to this pizzeria for lunch very often. I am definitely a fan. It has great tasting pizza, and they strive for a high level of customer satisfaction. A few weeks ago, I had received a pizza, as opposed to the calzone I actually ordered. I was told that I would receive a credit for the error. I went back today, after about 3 – 4 weeks, and she honoured the credit when I mentioned it. I appreciate that, and I will definitely be back. Especially since my teen son keeps eating all of my pizza… he loves it too!

Being an Argentenean, I have high standards on Pizza!!! and I have found my Fav pizza in USA. I know! i can be picky! My fave is «Margharita» The condiments are just fine! and the dough could be better!!! love!

After many (and by many I mean MANY) times ordering food here I’m finally going to write this review. If you are reading this you must understand that the stars I’ve giving Sicily Pizza comes with a major disclaimer:
Every single one of the stars I am giving go towards the wings but ONLY if you order them EXACTLY the way I am recommending. If you order any other way… you are on your own and my stars don’t count.
The above is the disclaimer and here are the instructions.
1. Order plus 35 wings. I order all flats but order drums if that’s what you like. Because of the amount you order you are more guaranteed a successful order.
2. Order Lemon Pepper and/​or Suicide. They have what I consider one of the best lemon pepper out there (plenty of butter and seasoning.) The Suicide isn’t as hot as it sounds so don’t let that scare you. It does have a good kick as well as flavor and goes very well when you dip it in the left over lemon pepper seasoning.
3. This is THE most important of all instructions. Order them like this: «EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA CRISPY WELL DONE… Almost Burnt.» That statement right there will give you the perfect crisp any wingologist can attest too. If you don’t word it exactly as Ive stated, you may end up with some red near the bone as you may have seen on another Unilocalers picture. They will not be burnt at all but these are words you must use for this place.
When all the above are followed properly, your order should be delivered with a taste of perfection. Again, if you fail at following these instructions you are at risk at getting angry and blaming me and perhaps others for the recommendations. You will cry and need Kleenex to wipe your tears thus causing even more money spent on your failure to follow good instructions. You will not enjoy that great tongue pleasing as I did when trying this method. You want tongue pleasing… you follow instruction. You buy, we fry. (Sorry I got carried away there…)

Choices are a bit basic but the actual food is very good! I ordered the fried pickles, chicken fingers, bread sticks, and «Medium» wings. It all arrived at my hotel room at a Hampton Inn with no problem, and in only 20 minutes, so definite props to that! I would say the medium wings taste identical to Wingstop’s «Mild» flavor wings.

We found this place after moving to the Jersey Village area in the 90s. We’ve ordered many types of pizza, have tried the subs, greek salad, wings, pasta. All have been excellent.
I’ve read the other reviews about service, and the undercooked wing issue. I can say I’ve not experienced those issues. Delivery is usually quoted at 45 min, and, they usually beat the time. We only get wings occasionally, so, maybe they had a bad night.
Ok, to the award winners. I don’t give 5 stars unless they have the real deal. All pizzerias have combo, meat lovers, pepperoni, … blah, blah, blah. Two words. Greek Pizza. What a refreshing alternative to the norm. Olive oil base with artichokes, feta cheese, olives, beef. It’s a flavor explosion. Pasta? Chicken pomodoro. Ok, I’m a big fan of angel hair pasta, but, that with fresh tomatoes, basil and garlic — I’m in. Other fav’s, greek salad, pizza rolls, oh, and, the calzone rocks too.
All places sometimes have issues, but, I’ve not had any with them. If you are looking for a non-​chain pizza, give them a try. You make the call if they are worthy. If you pick up the pizza, they usually have their coupons there so you can use them.
Also, if you get the greek pizza and don’t like it, let me know and I’ll eat it for you.

I love Sicily– their food is great. I had it in SW houston when I lived there and glad to find they deliver here. I am normally a sausage or pepperoni pizza gal but I like their Mediterranean or Greek pizza which is just a little different. no onions though.

Always ordered delivery, never eaten there. My go to pizza delivery place. Love the wing-​pizza combo. Comes with a large two topping pizza (I get pep &jap) and suicidal wings. Both delicious every time.

Cust service sucks 1^st off! No one spoke when we came nor did they thank us going out! The phillisteak sandwich was gross! The pizza was decent & wings sucked wish i wouldve went across the street to wingstop instead! Ill never be back!

This is the absolute worst place to eat. Their food looks like it was bought at HEB and then dressed with tasteless sauce from a can. I ordered chicken parmesan and my fiancé ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. My chicken was not fried but grilled tasteless strips about 2.5 oz. worth. Added to that was a huge serving of cold noodles and sauce from a jar. Then the weirdest part was it was covered in raw mushrooms and onions… I’ve never seen chicken parmesan made like this nor was I prepared for it. Just tasteless and yucky. Then we get to my fiancé plate… three cups of cold spaghetti and two lousy meatballs that looked and tasted like they came from a bag covered in a crapton of sauce. Needless to say we asked for our money back and will not be going here again. Too bad too because they are so close to the house and itd be nice to have something close and good.

ordered two meals at 6:30 pm, they delivered, but only part of the order. I told the driver he could credit my card but he said no he couldn’t. He would have to go back for the rest of my order. I had to sign, needless to say, he never brought the rest of the order back.
Was it really worth losing a customer over a bag of chips?

Waited all evening, checked my bill the next day. They charged me for the food they never delivered.

Let me start by saying I’ve been here many times and I’ve neither had a bad experience nor a good experience. I went for lunch today and I have to say this is the first time I’ve ever been to a pizza-​less pizza buffet. When I arrived, I paid for the buffet, got my drink and went back to get my food.
I made a small salad and when I went to get pizza there were literally 4 pieces of pizza on the buffet, 3 of which looked like they had been sitting there awhile and they were like the leftovers. They were less than a half the size or a regular piece of pizza. I grabbed the one good looking slice and decided I would wait for fresh pizza so I got a bread stick, a piece of lasagna and what was left of some spinach pasta.
The spinach pasta tasted good, the lasagna was dry and wasn’t covered in sauce. The piece of pizza I got was actually good. I should also add that I came right after 12 and it wasn’t that busy. I ate my food meanwhile watching the goings on around me. People were staying at the buffet waiting for fresh pizza to be placed out there. 10 minutes went by, still nothing. Finally someone asked the guy who I’m assuming is the owner. He said it’s going to be about 10 more minutes. I finish my meal and I’m just sitting there waiting and waiting for fresh pizza. I finally get frustrated at the lack of attention the staff had for the buffet so I left.
The guy who seemed to be in charge lacked effort, seemed cranky and the interactions he had with his staff made for an uncomfortable environment. I feel like he’s just going through the motions and has lost the passion and drive for his business. This place could be really good if they cared enough to try a little harder.

Ordered a pizza and changed it on the phone. The person didn’t hear me correctly and made me two pizzas, however was polite enough to charge me for one pizza and not make a big deal about it. I appreciate the level of service. And the food is good here every time. I know it’s not fun making more pizza than you need, and frustrating, so thanks.

Mediterranean Pizza was good & hot when I picked it up although a lil spicier then I thought it would be. I like spice but my son can’t handle too much. I got the philly sub & my hubby got the Italian sub. Both subs were also good & hot! Not the best I’ve had on any of them but not bad. Reasonably priced.

I have ordered from a different location before and food has always been delivered hot and fresh. Now that I’m in a different area I had to order from this location. My order was supposed to be delivered by 715 and didn’t arrive until after 8. My order was also taken at 625. Why so long for delivery. Food was cold and soggy. Sent it back to restaurant. Manager was rude and talked over me the whole time. Very unprofessional and horrible experience. Manager didn’t even care to correct the problem or offer a solution. Horrible place.
