Do yourself a favor and RUN from this place. We toured both sides (pineforest park and pineforest place). Pineforest place, there was strays running around, open gates, not family friendly at all. Office cares more for what your willing to pay rather than your well being. Crime is high and I wouldn’t even pay a buck to live here again. Horrible place!
