Pineforest Park Apartments

Crime, infestation (roaches, spiders and cases of bedbugs), noisy neighbors, lack of security. List goes on. Do yourself a favor, run away from this place! Crime went up alongside the rent. They don’t fix anything, pineforest is more concerned of what you will pay for the place, instead of your well being. (They don’t care!) Security only works 5 days out of the week and patrol both sides, sweet dudes but is really ineffective for keeping the crime down. Especially since the gates don’t work. People walk around with bongs, like it’s no care in the world, the drug use in this place is gross and definitely not something I want around kids. I’ve been waiting to get out of this place since a few months in, when we found a huge German roach nest in the back of our fridge. Took forever to replace, not something id want where I store my family’s food. The roaches popped up here and there afterwards. Asked the exterminator if they would ever not show up. Due to neighbors choosing not to spray they will always show up and all we could do was spray. Roaches run this joint. Not to mention when a neighbor had someone over who was harassing me and was trying to force me into their apartment. I was home alone. Linda refused to do anything about it without a police report. When I demanded something to be done, no confidentiality, she gladly let them know it was me, never felt so uneasy in my life. If you already live here, make friends with those around you, you will know things that you don’t know otherwise. Office WILL NOT TELL YOU EVERYTHING THAT YOU DESERVE TO KNOW AS A TENANT. Most horrible place I’ve ever lived.

A total let down. Not what we expected! After 2 years of paying rent the only thing that has changed is the rent. Every couple of months the rent increases. The only explanation I got for the rent increase was that they need to keep up with the surrounding apartment complexes. There are no security locks on the doors, which means anybody can come in and out of the property. There has been an increase in crime and no one is trying to improve the circumstances. After 2 years this has been nothing more then a let down.
