Pearl Midtown

I have visited this property twice and each time my experience has been positive. This is one of two Pearl properties I have seen. Both are beautiful.
I like the size of the Pearl Midtown. It has a good feel of community. The pool is very pretty and looks inviting. I would just love to marinate some fish and have my sweet hubby grill it up pool side.
The interior touches of the living areas are very polished and modern. The kitchen I saw is spacious and I love the stove. Having a balcony facing the pool would be fantastic, as the grounds are lovely.
The common areas are very well kept. The parking garage allows for ample space for two cars to pass and the parking spaces are large, which is very nice in the interior area of the city.
The location is great. Several top notch restaurants. You can literally walk to the restaurant with the best service in the entire city – Brennan’s. It has a very quaint neighborhood feel. Although it is Midtown, the noisy bars that are open late are not in the area. It seems like the drunken yahoos wandering the streets creating a ruckus would be a non-​issue.
Of course this is pure speculation based on observation of the area and my experience there. However, my inner voice says it is a nice place and typically that gut feeling is dead on.

Convenience is the best part about this place. Easy in, easy out and I can walk to some of the best joints in town. I travel often, so access to the freeway (i.e., airport) is great. Not a lot of place to stretch the dog’s legs, but that’s what you get for living in the city. Only regret is that I didn’t get the downtown view.
