I agree the customer service isn’t spectacular but I went after work on a Monday and it was pretty slow. I asked for help with balloons and the girl immediately helped me. I ordered some to pick up on Friday and she double checked all my info. They were ready for pick up just like planned on Friday so I was in and out within a couple minutes there was no line at the time. This place seems hit or miss with the service so if you know what you need it’s fine.

Horrible customer service. Tried getting some help. Asked one of the employees for assistance with some party supplies. When she advised that they did have them in the back. She refused to get them. She said that’s not my job today. You will have to come tomorrow. Never again. The Sugar Land location is always well stocked and way better service. I will never go back to this location!
