This is t he worst experience that I have ever had in a retail store. We purchased a group gift for a relative and tried to exchange the sizes for her. I was left holding the bag for everyone and tried to get her what she wanted. What a NIGHTMARE. They want to look up everyone’s phone numbers and expect you to have the addresses for their accounts. Thank goodness they didn’t ask for my firstborn son. And this is WITH my receipt but not that of the others. I just want to exchange the size people. I hope to NEVER have to step foot into this store again.

I popped in there today whilst shopping in Highland Village. There was a very good extra 50% off already reduced prices sale, always a big plus for someone who never pays full price. The clothes are very practical, especially their travel range and the sale items were plentiful. I was particularly impressed with the sales lady, Duane, she was not only helpful but honest. When I said that one top made me look pregnant she replied: Yes it does dear, well said.” Not, oh no, that is so cute on you and the new style, as most commissioned staff would elsewhere.
I will definitely go there again to the same sales assistant, whether I am pregnant or not.
