We love the pizza. Was disappointed when we tried to set up a delivery time several hours ahead. Our order was 30 minutes late.

Another one-​star review for this place… and it has well earned it. Terrible service, forgetful drivers, apathetic management… can say enough bad stuff. No more I say! If you only want ½ your order, then go ahead. order from this place, I DARE you! Do not say you have been not warned!

i usually get dominos but my niece doesnt like them so papa johns it was… ordered online and waited 30mins for them to call and tell me they dont deliver after 7. they dont even deserve a star dominoes wuold have been here already

Lame Papa John’s. Staff could use lessons in customer service. The do not even know how to treat a customer on a phone call, ridiculous.
No pick up /​carry out after 830 pm. Really? There are other Papa John’s in this area that have real hours.
I guess it will be Domino’s again.
It’s getting close to the time to just give up completely on this location. Too bad, because I like the pizza that this chain offers.

This Papa Johns location made me very upset and not want to order pizza online EVER AGAIN. Every time we order pizza from there they always forget to bring what we order such as garlic sauce. We always order extra and never get it! also they forgot to bring our drink we order we even told the delivery driver that a drink was missing also sauce he said he would be back and go get it. I called the store and the lady working laughed at me on the phone! How RUDE! you would think that if you pay for something you would get it. we also gave the driver a tip as well thinking he would come back with our drink and sauce.

Worst pizza I have ever had!!! Half the time it does not contain all the toppings. I have been promised phone calls, free pizzas, nothing. Last night we decided to NEVER use them again. the toppings are so few, the cheese?, doesn’t even melt, the pizza is never hot, and takes over an hour to get it. Whoever the owner is, is very cheap. Put some toppings on the pizza. the sauce tastes like old spaghetti sauce. You should not be allowed to be a franchise owner. And yes, if you call, you will get nowhere. If I could put no stars I would.

Manager (Larissa) horrible manners, no helpful so sad she is the manager what can you expect for the rest of the workers? I’m a No returning costumer to this location, I don’t understand if say something and they don’t do it, a good pizza can’t be done with horrible costumer service

Absolutely deplorable customer service… These guys will literally shut a door in your face! Then, tell you to go home and they’ll deliver it… It’s on my way home and i live like a half hour from them. Won’t waste my time EVER again here for their half ass pizza anyways. Go 3 minutes off course to Pizza Hut up Ella… Better pizza anyways.
