Our grandkids 7 and 10 had a good time playing the games. The pizza was tasty. Tables were clean. All of the games and rides worked. The atmosphere was pleasant, not too loud. We will probably go again. The price was reasonable for 5 adults and 3 children.

Pizza was good! It wasn’t too busy at noon which was great! Only reason for not giving a higher review was that the guy who was making all the cotton candy wasn’t wearing any gloves and i find that kind of gross.

I give one star because they took our money anyway! Machines are broken! It’s quite dirty! Salad bar is not kept clean. Did not enjoy. We have 15 grandkids and take them all in 2 – 3 at a time. This location needs a overall or just shut it down. Will not go back. In fact gave us, a Nad taste for the whole chain. We went to sky zone today. Much better experience. The big cheese is a little aged!

Took my daycare for Spring Break. 14 children ranging from 4 – 11 years old. Great customer service. The staff went over and beyond. We will plan another trip here for the summer.

We took my 3 year old niece and my 2 year old son to this location. I was appalled at the lack of staff and the amount of broken machines. Most of the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful with the exception of the sweet girl at the toy counter. The guy dressed as the mouse obviously didn’t want to be there and the other children gave up on trying to play with him after he performed his obligatory dance at the front of the facility. He just trudged back to the back of house. So. The food. Yes, there’s a gluten free pizza on the menu! Can I get mine with cheese and mushrooms? I was told no, because it comes straight from the freezer and they aren’t allowed to touch it. That’s cool… but where the heck did this excuse of a pizza come from? While it came out in its own bag with its own sanitized pizza cutter, it was too disgusting to be called pizza!!! Change your vendor, Chuck. I had to stop after three bites because I felt like I was eating rocks. The drink fountain was pretty dirty and I think the staff had stopped bothering on trying to keep it clean. My family’s pizza sat at the counter with our server nowhere to be found, so it was my mom who had to grab it to serve us. They have a few games perfect for little ones, like the automated cars and maybe the fish game. But the mechanical mouse terrified both kids and there were several other children trying to steal tickets and coins from tables. Parents… hello? Of course, we DID go to the crappy location. Won’t go back to this one in the next few years. Ick. I need a bath.

What the Chuck?!? Chuck E. Cheese has never been the purveyor of choice for me for fine foods and customer service, but our experience here was ridiculous. The positives: The 5-year old is oblivious to what defines good pizza or good service and had a blast. It turns out ignorance really is bliss. The negatives: The pizza was especially cardboard-like(corrugated paper to those in the know…) and the machines were experiencing a widespread issue where tickets were not being issued. The staff was slow to respond to these issues and people were standing around at multiple machines at several points waiting for them to get fixed. No apologies, just blank stares from people who apparently hate their jobs. This location was not very busy and I can’t help but wonder if it’s because of similar experiences others have had with them. A very disappointing visit and not one I’m likely to repeat anytime soon.
