So, here’s the thing: the employees at this store are pretty great. They go above and beyond to make sure you have bought the glasses that work for you(or at least you THINK work for you). The selection here is also pretty damn good, best in the Galleria. My problem is with the company itself. Optica doesn’t do refunds. At all. You can exchange or receive store credit within 5 days of purchase, but that’s it. So you better be 100% certain you bought the right pair of glasses or that the store holds another pair you’ll want. Otherwise you’ll end up like me with $ 400+ on your card and credit to a store you don’t really plan on shopping from(out of network for my insurance).

After wandering around the huge Galleria in search of Chanel eyeglasses, we were instructed by Sunglass Hut to come here. You see, I’ve had my same Fendi pair for about 9+ years with the same 9+ year Rx. It was due time for something new. Mike was extremely helpful and friendly even though he was the only employee working at the time. There were a few other customers inside the store, so he told me just to try on whatever I wanted. Like my other review of the Chanel sunglasses I purchased at Neiman’s, the pair I liked was also a display model and I didn’t want to take any chances. Mike ordered a new pair to be shipped to my home. Unfortunately, I didn’t have enough time to get a new Rx and have the lenses made here. Great customer service!
