Fast, affordable and all the work is done at this location. I’ve always had good service as well.

I’m not one to write reviews about business but I count not help myself with this establishment. This place ruined TWO of my dress shirts. I chose this place because of all the great reviews. The price was very affordable but it was not worth the quality. I came home to find that one of my shirts has MULTIPLE stains on it that were all noticeable. My other shirt had a broken button as well as two melted buttons. I was leaving town for an interview and they ruined both the shirts I was going to wear. They may be cheap and fast but they will ruin your clothes. I have called TWICE now to talk to the manager and both times they told me he was not in. I do not recommend this place to anyone unless you want your clothes to come back ruined.

I was very satisfied with my service here. Initially I was a little turned off by the appearance of the building that it is in, but they did a great job on my dry cleaning. I had them clean two of my wool coats and they turned out great. The total was $ 37 which I think is very reasonable. While I was waiting on my coats to be ready, I was watching the employees in the back and I must say that they work hard to ensure that the clothes are clean. They manually brush thick fabrics to get any excess hair or lint off before dry cleaning it. After the piece has been dry cleaned, they lint roll it about million times to ensure that the article of clothing is returned to the customer in the best shape possible. Fortunately this place is close to my work, so it is convenient for me to drop my clothes off at lunch and pick them up the next day.

Great service. Clothes well cleaned and iron. The first time I went there I was doubtful because of the exterior and parking spaces but they actually do a pretty good job(shirts, pants, skirts and suits). I haven’t tried more delicate clothes yet but they are efficient and prices are right.

I came to this establishment because there was good reviews. But I dropped off a pair of heams to get altered and was completely upset leaving. When arriving to pick up my jeans the hemming was done completely wrong. Any place I’ve gone to they have kept the original hem line and not had to ask. Well this place they did not so it basically looks like my jeans are tucked in. Also the stitching on my jeans and the hem line is white. I wiuld at least expect for that color to be used on the hemming but no it was done with navy blue thread. Oh and not to mention it wasn’t even in length. Needless to say when I spoke with the«manager» there was no apology much less an offer to fix the situation. She charged me the full amount. Never again will I come here!

The parking spaces are HELLA cramped. I drive a little baby Jeep Patriot, so it doesn’t quite help when I’m doing a 3 to 5 point turnaround trying to get out of there. But the tiny parking spaces weren’t what I came here for … As a server at a fine-dining establishment, I’m forced to wear white shirts, white aprons, & a white lab-coat type of service jacket finished off with a black tie. Yes, I walk around looking like a puffy marshmallow. & when those jackets get dirty from the gumbo & other random food/drinks, I look like a toasted marshmallow. Unfortunately, my bosses don’t want any of us looking like toasted marshmallows, so I took my 2 jackets, 2 shirts, &1 tie to this place to reverse the damages done. The little ladies there were pretty friendly — told me to come back the next day at 5 to pick up … I came to pick them up the next day around 3, & my clothes were ready — starched, pressed, &TOTALLY stain free! Best part was that there were no funky chemical smells at all. Very prompt, very friendly, & the price was reasonable — $ 20& some change for 2 jackets, 2 shirts, &1 tie. Even though it’s a bit of a ways from my apartment, this place has done the best job at the best price ever. So I’m definitely coming back(:

I wish they gave me the option to leave 0 stars. 1 hour cleaning is a lie. I gave them 2 days to pick up 4 items. And now here I stand 2 hours after the promised time waiting for my items… Unacceptable service here. I will not be back.

Don’t judge this place from the outside. Located in a small strip right next to the Med Ctr Firestation, this place can be easily overlooked when not paying attention. However, once you squeeze into one of their small parking spaces, you shouldn’t be disappointed. Friendly staff, great service, and good price point for the location. I was able to get same-day dry cleaning for no additional charge when I brought my clothes in before 10am. Picked them up at 5pm and I could not be happier. They also dry clean comforters. Great value!

This place was such a great find. I’ve been lamenting the lack of a good dry cleaners for a while now. I refuse to pay $ 20 to dry clean a dress, no matter how much I paid for it, so I’ve been struggling along with my Dryel. No more! Dry cleaning dresses is only $ 6.99, and if you get your clothes in by 10am, you can pick them up after 4pm. Also, they open at 6:30am in case I need to pick something up before work. On the other end, they close at 6:30pm which would let me pick things up after I get off work at 5:30, too. They really sold me, though, when I gave them my white lab coat to clean. Most of the time, my lab coat is all around the hospital, and let me tell you folks– it’s not pretty. My poor, neglected coat had multiple ink stains, make-up around the collar, and goodness-knows-what around the sleeves. For around $ 3, they made my coat look like it belonged to a respectable person. I don’t even know how they got those damn ink stains out, and I don’t want to know. For this, I owe them a lifelong debt of gratitude which I will repay by patronizing them repeatedly. Needless to say, I highly recommend them. Look for the fire station on Fannin and the grocerette/delicatessen.(What’s a ‘grocerette’ anyway? Life’s big questions.) You won’t be sorry.

Summary: Excellent value, gentle on your clothes, and won’t clean your wallet. These guys do a great job with my clothes. I am particular about heavy starch in my shirts, for example. They put so much in that the shirts stand on their own. In fact one of them was arrested at Reliant Stadium for scalping tickets(but that’s another story). Seriously, they press my shirts beautifully without putting creases in the sleeves(which I hate). They do a great job on my trousers too. They’re not hard on the fabrics and they get a good crease on those(which I like). They also do very capable basic alterations. I bought a couple pairs of Zanella trousers and had them do the cuffs and they got ‘em right the first time! Their cleaning prices are much cheaper than Pilgrim or Craig’s. Service is always friendly. They know you by name after a while and you don’t have to show them your ticket. If you get there early enough in the morning they can often get the load back the same day. The location is excellent, just south of Braeswood on Fannin. The only complaint I have is that the parking spaces are pretty narrow so unless you’re riding something on two wheels prepare to squeeze into the spots.
