Ojos Locos

Be careful here. We had a ghetto little waitress try to get us jumped. She went and told some guys she knew (regulars) that we were talking about them. We had them out numbered, but shi* just about went south. Apparently she didn’t think we tipped her enough. I’m sorry… but if you can’t get to my table and we can’t get drinks all night, your tip isn’t gonna be that great. Maybe if she would have done her job and not been flirty and hanging all over ever table she could get paid for the job she does and not for the P**** she’s trying to sell.

The food here is ok. Just a nice spot to stop off and enjoy a tower or 2, 3, 4, cinco, seis, etc… The service is average.

It’s a hit and miss here. Sometimes you get waitress that has no idea of what is being served or there is a bar tender who refused to make drinks for people that have been waiting over 30 mins since it’s near closing time. She just cleaned up as people tried to get her attention. On top of that music is so loud.

Came here to watch the world cup figured it would be on Mexico vs Brazil women’s but they had everything but this game on I was surprised but anyways food was good service sucks

Service here us hideous. Go to Bombshells. The chicks they hire here have ZERO customer service experience. Zero.

My co-​worker and I went around lunch time. The service was quite terrible! First, S the waitress took forever taking our order because she was too busy skinning and grinning in another customer’s face. Second, the wings were horribly small! Getting the 18piece, you’re still famished after eating there! Again, we are there for lunch, not a large crowd since we went after the lunch rush. It took us an hour and half at this establishment. We actually tried them2 times to try all if their flavored wings. I will NEVER go back EVER again. Guess Hooters and BW3s will forever have my business, and I eat wings at least 4 times a week!

Street tacos were great (although small); I had beef fajita and pastor. Bartender had overlooked me for a while but compensated with a smile and a comp beer. That alone upped my review because I appreciate sincere apologies and the desire to fix a problem

Food was alright. It’s not a place to bring kids for sure. I walked in with my 2 yr old son and immediately regretted it and felt awkward. The menu has almost nothing healthy so don’t go if you like clean meals. Everything is greasy. I would say it’s borderline a strip club. But if your a man with no significant other and want to look at woman with only clothes covering their privates and chest then this is the place for you. Compared to twin peaks and hooters the waitresses definitely wear less clothes.

Always a good night when we come here. No shenanigans with our order and the staff is really nice. I’m sure there are newer bigger sports bars that just opened in the area but they don’t meet the quality that is offered here. The tv’s are closer and the audio is loud and clear. This is my spot for watching games and fights for now on.

The scenery is nice, but the food portion for the price is highway robbery. I’m very unsatisfied.

Walked in… sat down for 15 mins… no service… everyone just looked at us… walked out… horrible service… and it wasn’t even busy…

This place has to be the absolute worst restaurant ever! The service was atrocious and the food was nasty! I went to the Northline location yesterday and I ordered the combination nachos and 45 minutes later I finally receive my food and my order was wrong! I send the food back and order the quesadillas. Another 20 minutes goes by and I have to speak with a manager just to get my food from the second order! The manager brings my quesadilla and I ask for some guacamole and sour cream. He says he’ll bring it right over himself. Big mistake! 10 minutes goes by and still no guacamole and sour cream. I finally have to go off on another manager just to get my damn guacamole and sour cream! Never again!!! They could tell me the good was free and I wouldn’t eat at Ojos Locos ever again! They are the absolute worse!

After my initial experience here, I swore I would never come back. BUT, everyone I was with wanted to stop by. A group of about 10. It was 1:10 am when our waitress came by saying we needed to close out our tab, I asked why… Because she had 2 other parties walk out on her tab. Ok, whatever. We get our tab and there were over 10 towers on our tab, of beers we don’t even drink. I try to talk sense into out waitress, to no avail. We pay it, whatever… About 15 minutes later «security» comes around and tells us we need to go. Mind you, we still had a full tower, that we just paid for. We stayed put, stating we were paying customers and were going to finish. About 5 min later, he comes with a cop, to kick us out. So, this is how they treat their PAYING customers? It was about 1:40 when they had the whole bar cleared out. It’s pretty sad, cause it’s a cool place, and the music is awesome. The management needs to take a class or two on how to run a bar!

The atmosphere is cool, always busy for now. The only thing I don’t like is how the chicas (lol) pay more attention to people they think would tip bigger. I do understand because I’m a bartender. so the only suggestion is to learn how to flow throughout the tables and don’t forget things the guest ask for.

If you like pregnant Hispanic chicks this place is for you. The food sucks, I should of drove my a$$ 10mins down 45 to twin peaks than this place smh.
To the hiring manager do a better job of finding talent that’ll keep customers coming back, not scaring them away shesssh.

Its definitely not a spot you’d want to bring a date. Very loud and crowded. It was seat yourself on a Thursday, I walked around for 30−40min before I flagged several waitresses down and tried to get a table or spot. I was directed to share a table with a group. It’s basically a high tempo club/​sports bar.
If your just looking to drink with some pals it’s a good spot.

I love this place! I know I wasn’t the only person in awe after seeing their «uniforms». After requesting an application (I would love to walk around in lingerie all day), I was quickly seated and a waitress came over to take my order. She checked on us numerous times throughout the meal, as well as the manager.
I ordered an appetizer combo and the burger meal. Both were great. I also had 2 average happy hour mojito’s. The bar was filled with TV’s and was very clean (sticky counters are a no-​no for me).

My friend and I come here for happy hour mojitos $ 3.25 each and Christian makes it best! My rating is base on their mojitos and Christian’s awesome service! The food is so-​so.

After reading all the reviews I was very hesitant to visit this place, but sometimes, Unilocal reviews can be wrong. It’s all taken into account of someone’s visit or standards of service.
I won’t lie, the food here was room temperature from the appetizer to the entrée. However, it was seasoned right. I just wish it would’ve been colder. As far as service, the waitstaff was extremely friendly and attentive. The girls did a great job checking on us frequently. I could honestly say it was better service than I received at Twin Peaks on some occasions. The establishment was clean, lots of tv’s and the managers came by our table to check on us a few times.
I plan on coming back, but I hope next time around the food is hot.

Daniel is the most unprofessional «manager» I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting. On a MONDAY night, as soon as we sat, he started off by threatening to kick out our entire table of 12 paying customers if he found out that anyone was drinking without an ID (majority of our party was 21). He also noted that «WE WILL PAY and WE WILL GET KICKED OUT».
40 mins after placing our order we still had not received our appetizers. We brought it to Daniel’s attention and his response was «I can cancel your order if you’d like». After we voiced even more complaints about the service he again replied with «you don’t have to be here if you don’t want to.» He had absolutely no empathy for our concerns and basically told us we had to deal with the bad service or leave.
When we finally received the food it was cold and obviously had been sitting in the back for a while. When we notified Daniel about this he told us «this is what’s going to happen, you’re going to get the rest of your food to go and we’re going to close out your check».
Ojos Locos, you make great food but you need to hire people that grasp the concept that you are in a SERVICE INDUSTRY. ESPECIALLY, your management. Therefore your team should hold priority to delivering great service.
Needless to say we will never be returning to your establishment.
Ojos Locos gets two thumbs, WAY WAY DOWN from me.
