Great customer service! Called 20 minutes before they closed and asked if they would be able to fix my tire, because I had just noticed a nail in my front left tire and not knowing how long it’s been there I wanted to get it fixed ASAP, they said it would be no problem and to bring my car in. By the time I got there it was 7:45, they close at 8. They greeted me with a smile and got to work on my tire right away! Most businesses would deny a customer when it’s that close to quitting time. As I was checking it I told the guy how much I appreciated them helping me at last minute and he said it’s no problem at all and you never know what kind of day you might have had and he just wanted to help out. Thanks for great service NTB! Definitely will be back when I need oil change or any tire service.

I come here on fleet status and use for maintenance. Always have wait. If a person don’t buy a set of tires you will wait. They take care of those that do first. This will be the last time for me. I have been patient up until now. I will not use service again. Time is of the essence for anyone and when there’s no management that cares about others time then we do have choice.

Slowest, highest prices, worst place ever! I’ve been there several times. Not because it’s my choice but it’s where my company chooses to take our vehicles. You will NEVER get out in under an hour for anything. Most of the time they aren’t even busy and they still take an hour to just get to you. Also, this is not a secure place for your credit card transactions. I just walked in and the manager was writing credit card numbers down on a legal pad from a customer over the phone so he could punch them in to the system. He had several credit card numbers written on the same page. He left the building for about 30 minutes with those customer credit card numbers in full view out laying on the check in counter all that time. Anyone could have taken a picture of that page and gotten 3 or 4 credit cards.

I have been to this location twice now. After my first horrible experience, I should have known better. This store had my vehicle for 5 hours and all they could tell me was that I had a nail in my tire, which is what I told them when I dropped it off. Never got a call back. Had to call myself and then all they said in response was that they were busy. I will never do business here again.

On my first visit I had extremely slow service. I was there for over an hour and a half just for an oil change. The one and only attendant I saw was friendly, but he disappeared for about 30 minutes when I was starting to feel impatient about how long the service was taking. When I finally got my car and drove off, I realized that they did not put a new tag on my car to let me know the mileage for when I should return.

Great and efficient service. Wait wasn’t too long and Mr. Darryl kept me informed of what was going. The store is clean and bright, they have a Keurig with a great blend of coffee to choose from as well as hot water should you want to make tea. like me! Come see them. early because they get busy fast!

The folks @ NTB are nice and seem to be knowledgeable. The prices are higher then Walmart but remember you get what you pay for. I like the idea of the speedy service and the way they stand behind there warranty.
