Ntb-National Tire & Battery

Despite purchasing my tires from NTB — including the additional warranty — they refuse to fix nail hole — instead tried to sell me new tires! I will never buy tires here again. They do not honor their own deals, and the added warranty — was wasted money. I will purchase my next tires from Discount Tires. NTB is not at all — what they once were.

Save your time and don’t come here. If you didn’t make an appointment and you’re a walk-​in, they’ll barely acknowledge you. I was informed ahead of time that it would be an hour and a half to two hour wait. I stayed and waited in the waiting room where there’s a tv to keep one occupied and occasionally peep through the window to check on your car. Indeed it was an hour and a half wait. Once I finally saw my vehicle through the window, I patiently waited for the service to be performed and continued occupying myself. When I looked back up at the window, i could no longer see my car due to cars blocking the view so I waited for an employee to come and say «your car is ready» but no one showed up. So I went outside to see that my car was in the parking lot for who knows how long! My car could’ve been ready for 30 minutes or something and nobody would bother to inform me. I then had to ask if I could get my car and ask how long it’s been ready only to get an answer of «oh I don’t know». I have never waited for car maintenance for 2+ hours anywhere I’ve gone, and while I understand they were booked and busy, I’m still very upset that I wasted half of my day for an OIL CHANGE. There are only 2 people that work the front desk and they’re not even there half of the time! Either have more ppl at the front or have the ppl know how to acknowledge customers.

Overall good experience. Didn’t get up sold and the pricing seemed fair considering the options.
The wait was 2 hours longer than what I was given as as an estimate but I knew the hour I was told seemed short.

Worst experience Ever as a first time customer. I went to this shop on Oct 2014. My husband called for an appointment for me to be seen and the staff on phone said the service would take 15minutes!!! Well it took almost an hour! Let me say, that I had two fussy children with me at this time, so the long wait went far too long! All they had to do was check the basics. Instead, the staff failed to tell me they couldn’t find «my lock» to where the extra tire was at. That took 20 minutes for them to find it! Why don’t you ask me! Gosh I’ll never go back! I spoke to Chase upon my arrival. He wasn’t very helpful at all. From now on I’m taking All my business to Discount Tires and I did let them know about my poor service there! Oh they didn’t even bother to put away the lock after they took it out of the compartment!

Professional, great service, great people. At 7:55 on a Friday night (they close at 8) when my wife and I walked in, Paul took care of us right away and even stayed after hours to help us fix our tire. Despite us offering to come back in the morning, he insisted on taking care of it so we didn’t get stuck out in town. He was extremely courteous; patching it on the spot free of charge. I never write reviews but he was so professional and understanding that I just had to write one. We will definitely be repeat customers.

The wait time was a little long considering I made an appointment however I appreciated not having the extra up selling that most companies try to do when you bring in your vehicle for an oil change. Really nice and friendly and I’m definitely going back!
