We moved here late 2014. Big spacious rooms. Prompt maintenance staff. And very competent front staff. The area is always clean and well kept. Beautiful pool, covered mail room, gym, and valet trash pick up.
I’ve noticed they try and keep good tenants, to keep location safe. They have always had great communication with me.
Great location, close to everything. Highly recommended.

Customer’s Statement of the Problem:
I was denied the opportunity to rent/​lease 36hrs prior to move in date. plus they kept $ 160.00 of my deposit after I complied with their request on 6÷24÷2013 to zero a balance at a prior rental property. I took care of that next day. on 7÷8÷2013 @ 2:30 pm.(move in was scheduled 7÷10÷2013) They gave reason that my girlfriend credit was an issue. My girlfriend is not leasing the apartment, I am. they have none of her info as place of employment or income ect… And all that happened after I offered to pay 1st and last months rent plus deposit on a 6 month lease !
