Low quality apartment, low quality utilities, low quality area. Constant car break ins. Roaches all over the place. Apartment constantly smells like marijuana thanks to the neighbors. High rent for no benefit. And make sure you don’t get there too late. If every parking spot is full and you park in the «reserved area» (that has never had more than 1 car in the 1.5 years I’ve been here) you will have a nasty note threatening to tow your car. Trash will stay on the ground for weeks at a time. Gate is broken 20% of the time

I recently moved to Houston and chose this complex because of its location. Overall, the complex is quite and clean. The staff are amazing, and very willing to help with anything. My only complaint is that the gates are always having trouble working properly.
