I had braces for three years here. They did a good job on my teeth. They gave me a before and after picture and all I can say is WOW. They even hid a «shark tooth» I have behind a front tooth. They suggested surgery, but my mother asked for an alternative so they hid it, and it’s great because you can’t see it at all and I don’t feel anything.
The reason I’m giving it four stars is because whenever I had an appointment at a certain time, it would actually take longer. Sometimes an hour and a half. The ladies were nice when I went there, unlike what another review said, but that review was from 2012 and I came here from 2008 — 2011, so they probably changed staff when I left.

The other reviewer here is right. The two women who used to work at the front desk for a while WERE bitches. But there are new employees at the front now and they are much nicer and better at their jobs. The people who work on your teeth are funny and good people as well (as of late). The doctor varies but Dr. Arguello is amazing when he works. I’ve been going here for about 3 years, from when they first added my braces to giving me retainers (now). Its so much better now is what I can say.
