Very bad service from the managers and employees. I just went there and I didn’t feel at all welcomed no greetings or anything I asked for the olé pizza they said they don’t do it since the new manager came in and I asked for a special made pizza for my table with pepperoni and extra extra cheese and they said they could make it for me because it was out there on the buffet but it didn’t have extra pepperoni and extra cheese… And about 3:15 I asked for some brownies(the main reason I went to Cicis) and they said they were not going to make any more for the rest of the day!!! Damn that’s just sad I was really looking forward to the brownies. So then I asked for cinnamon rolls and they said they didn’t have any and were going to take about 45 min to an hour … So there was no desert for like about 1 hour and ½. So we left but I will definitely not come back here at this location. The worst cicis ever… I don’t recommend this place to anyone

Was here tonight and the two young hispanic guys working tonight were very nice. The one at the register seemed happy, positive, pleasant and made eye contact, and the one working on the salad bar held the exit door open for me while i put the 2 orders of buffet to go in my car so that i wouldnt have to go all the way back through the front door maze to grab the 2 drinks i couldnt also carry in the same trip to the car. As mentioned in my previous reviews, the buffet to go is a great value at 5.99. Even though the pizza is not top knotch quality-salad bar seriously is great. The vegetables taste fresh and there is plenty of toppings to choose from. You also get 5 or 6 slices of pizza and not sure if you can grab soup or dessert to go? Maybe ill ask next time.

I like cicis a lot because of the salad bar and they have unique pizzas(bbq and taco for example) but tonight(friday night) 2÷26÷16 the pizza is tasting hard and old like its been sitting a while-presumably because its slow here tonight strangely. On the upside-the salad bar was pretty good. It would be better to have fewer pizzas to choose from but taste better.

How can you go wrong with endless pizza? Seriously, the quality of the food isn’t great but how does that even matter when you can eat it forever. It’s decently priced. I would go here every day for lunch if it wouldn’t kill me. Seriously, this is a good place to go if you are craving a wide variety of pizza.

Quick Tips: It’s Cici’s — you know what you are getting. Basic pizza with minimal toppings. The perk is in the quantity. Although their prices have risen since I was a girl, I remember when it was 2.99!(I promise that wasn’t THAT long ago)! Now it’s 5.95(depending on when you go, i believe it’s cheaper before 4) Food: Just wait for new pizza to come out. It doesn’t taste good after it’s sitting for a while. They have salad and a italianpasta salad(very basic), pasta with tomato and alfredo sauce(the sauces were very watery) and all sorts of pizza. The garlic sticks were my favorite item. The desserts were pretty good though — the brownie and cinnamon roll were my favorite. Atmosphere: Ehh it’s kind of rundown. on the side of a strip center. Service: Great service, they were constantly replacing pizzas. Allowing us to jump on a new hot pie often!

Yuck. We went here because my son got a coupon from school for getting all A’s. He liked it. There’s an arcade, pizza, and brownies… what kid wouldn’t like it. But the florescent lights, bright colors, dismal attempts at decorating, and constant presence of a busboy with a cart full of dirty dishes made it a pretty unpleasant place to eat. And the food basically sucks. If my seven-year-old Unilocaled, he’d give it five stars.

I was craving this from my childhood days. This location isn’t as ghetto as some I’ve been to. They have a lot of parking and the pizzas come out pretty fast. They even had a face painting lady and a cartoonist. This location apparently also serves wings, but is not part of the buffet. Their cinnamon rolls was the only thing that stood out in my mind.
