My wife and I visited this location once, the sushi was just a bit on the pricier side(not cheap sushi) but the quality was so good, it was well worth it. Last night, we ordered delivery sushi, and while the taste was good, the quantity felt far less in a to go container. We paid over $ 30 for what we could get from HEB for $ 15. Great spot, but I would recommend only ordering dine in.

Really great food! They deliver to our area, the portions are incredible, food was delicious! We will definitely be coming back. Only thing we wish was that they had wifi; would be a great spot to sit down for homework.

Food is more than reasonably priced and well made. Plus they have a great happy hour and lunch menu with reduced prices. I say they are worth a try.

The sushi is delicious and the presentation is on point, I recommend the volcano roll. Service was terrible, however it was not the waiters fault he was the only one working. Poor guy was running all around the restaurant while a clueless lady behind the counter gazed out the window.

Very plain looking, but very clean as well. Went here for sushi and Chinese. Wife got a California roll. Had the crab puffs, egg rolls, egg drop soup and for entrees the Mongolian Beef and General Tso’s chicken. Everything came out hot and fresh from the kitchen. The rice was a little dry, but it was also the end of the night. No complaint. Great place and discovered they deliver to our neighborhood!

Freezing inside. I walked in and it was colder inside than out and it’s 50 degrees outside today which is cold here in texas. Unfortunately I didn’t stay to try to the food because I was too uncomfortable. The atmosphere felt bizarre. Very brightly lit and music that may have been Japanese. I asked the waiter if it was possible to turn the heat on which I think he may have as I saw him by the thermostat but the strange thing was he didn’t answer with a yes or no or any other gesture. Just walked away when I asked. He seemed just as confused as I did.

I recently had takeout sushi from this restaurant and it was delicious! I ordered the Tasty Crab Roll($ 7.95) and the California Roll($ 4.15) with soy paper instead of seaweed paper… which was an additional $ 2…and a side salad. The sushi rolls were very tasty and hit the spot. The side salad was pretty blah, it could use some revamping. I definitely recommend this spot for all the cypress sushi lovers like myself. Also, if you live past 5(maybe it was 7) miles, they won’t deliver :(

I choose to go to Nana because of all the good reviews, but quite frankly it was very disappointing. We ordered crab puffs for appetizer and for entrée some of the rolls: tuna, philly, caterpillar and New Orleans. None of the rolls tasted as good as many reviewers mentioned. To me the food was very blend to the point I didn’t want to finish it. The service was also very slow and took a long time to get the food. I will not be back, for sure.

Food was good. Ordered monkey brain, spicy tuna and spicy veggies with chicken. Spouse approved of the first two mentioned items and I ate the veg and chicken. So glad we have something worth getting delivered in our neighborhood! Welcome to our neck of the woods. Thank you for the super quick delivery as well.

We have been here twice for lunch during the week. Everything is fresh and delicious. Last time they gave us a sample cooked sushi roll with crab, very delicious. Thankfully, they do not use MSG. I would give them 4 stars, but they don’t have enough choices for vegetarians. It is in the large strip, right next to Hancock Fabrics. It is slightly hidden, but a good find!

I usually don’t write reviews, but this place was great and I really want them to stick around! My boyfriend and I were craving sushi, but didn’t want to go far(we’re in the northwest area), so we decided to take a gamble on this place. We ordered the stuffed jalapeños, the pink lady roll, the nana roll, and chirachi bowl. The sashimi was very fresh, no fishy odor! The rolls were really great too. I’ve seen some reviews about the service, but we didn’t have any problem with that. The owner/sushi chef was also very delightful(even though he’s an Aggie). We officially found our sushi place up north and will definitely be back!

We came for lunch at 11:30 on a Wednesday. The place was empty and stayed that way through the lunch hour. Service should have been outstanding but teetered on just ok. Our server tried to remember our order instead of writing it down. This of course resulted in him coming back to confirm or order twice, LOL! We sat for an hour after we finished eating. Though they weren’t in the way, our empty plates sat on our table the entire time after we were done. I would have expected them to be cleared. Our server refilled our glasses twice and still never looked twice at them. We then had to request the check and send it back. They combined them even though we told them it was separate. The restaurant is bright and full of color. A contrast to what I normally see on Asian restaurants. The sushi rolls were delish! So many to choose from. The lunch menu has three rolls for $ 15. Nice! Despite the lax wait staff, I will return.

Decided to try this new place for sushi, and still undecided. I ordered the cowboy roll and it was great, even though I normally so not order cook sushi. Wish it would have had a raw component though, and more shaved med well as described. Also way to much sauce. Then I had the monkey fingers… I think that is the name. It is lightly fried avocado with tuna… I thought the tuna was added raw after they prep the dish… Manager was very nice

Super reasonable and very delicious. 2 people ate and drank for $ 42 and we somehow got a 10% discount on our bill. Not complaining. The rolls are much smaller, however, than where I normally go. Some are even smaller than the small rolls you get from HEB. But, all in all, I will definitely be coming back. Keep up the great work!

I wanted to try this place out because it just opened. Immediately when I walked in, the décor was fresh with lively colors and the restaurant seemed so opened and refreshing. There was only one couple there and the rest were staff members. We were greeted by some servers seating at the sushi bar. One server walked us towards our table and immediately took our drink order. FRIEDPORKDUMPLINGS The dumplings were good. The mixture tasted fresh and the outer layer was crisp. FAHRENHEITROLL– pepper tuna & jalapeño topped with spicy tuna & snow crab served creamy wasabi sauce This sushi was edible, but there was nothing special. It was missing that oomph that really made the sushi roll stand out to me. There was a chili print next to it, but it wasn’t spicy. It was just a regular roll. SPIDERHANDROLL– fried soft shell crab, avocado, cucumber topped with eel sauce This handroll was pretty good. I liked that the crab was very crisp and the cucumber added that extra crunch and the sweetness from the eel sauce all came together perfectly. SUSHI– tuna, pepper tuna, salmon, sea bass, and chopped scallop Each sushi order comes with 2 pieces. Every time I try a new place I always order the tuna. It’s such a basic fish, but the perfect fish to find out just how fresh the establishment is. I immediately placed it near my nose and took a whiff. It smelt real fishy. That deterred me from placing it into my mouth, but I gave it a try. The rice was cold, the tuna was just like I thought. FISHY! It didn’t taste fresh at all! I had to down it with water, but what I really wanted to do was spit it back on the plate. I ventured to try the salmon. It didn’t have that fishy smell and this time I knew better and only took a small bite. It was really good and fresh to my surprise. It tasted very silky and smooth. The sea bass was next, but it wasn’t anything special. just the typical sea bass, but it wasn’t as flavorful as other places that I’ve had it. I was fearful of the chopped scallop. Every time I order it, if it isn’t fresh. it darn makes me near gag on my food. There’s just something about the consistency of it that if it doesn’t taste fresh or it’s too cold or not the right temperature that pulls at my reflexes and makes me want to throw up; so I was a bit hesitant to try it, but to my surprise it was just the right temperature and it was very fresh. I enjoyed it greatly. The pepper tuna was the last piece and learning from my previous experience with the regular tuna, I just took a small bite and after that bite. I just left the rest of that piece on the plate. My overall experience with this establishment was disappointing. I would give it 2.5 stars. The service was attentive and friendly, but that was about it. The food was lacking in many areas and the reviews on Unilocal are overhyped. The standard is not there and lacking. I will not be coming back solely because there are better establishments and even there wasn’t I would rather venture farther to get some good/fresh sushi.

Oh my gosh!!! This place is amazingggg. When I came they were pretty empty but I hope this place makes it and lasts for awhile because the food is so good! And the prices aren’t bad either. The staff and owner Darren, who is also the sushi chef are really nice people! I will definitely be back more often Miso soup: 5÷5− so good and flavorful! Doesn’t taste watered down like most places. Probably one the best miso soups I’ve tried! Jalapeño roll: 5÷5− really yummy, especially fried. I don’t like cream cheese in my sushi cuz it’s always overwhelming but this one taste fine! Crunch roll– also good, no fishy odor and right amount of sauce and crunch flakes!
