I have been training with Kat Bigbee for 4 years, and from our first session I was hooked on Pilates and on Kat’s detailed, personal style. Kat has helped me heal some chronic injuries, acquire better posture and body awareness, and become much stronger physically. Kat also trained me through every week of my pregnancy, keeping me agile, in good balance and in good spirits until the very end. I credit my endurance through my long, natural labor to the lessons learned in Pilates with Kat. The Pilates philosophy of mind and body connection, breathing techniques, and heightened body awareness allowed me to listened to my body and work through delivery calmly and efficiently. Keeping my body in shape during pregnancy also helped immensely in my postpartum recovery. I look forward to many more sessions with Kat!
