I was beyond disappointed. I called to check if I was in network which they told me I was; only to find out after they told me I required a deeper cleaning and tried to sell me on a mouth guard fitting that I was out of network and was billed $ 150. Dr Maloch came in to see me for 5 minutes and had his hygenist do all the cleaning and dictating of what I needed. The worst part was when I found a reputable dentist who was also in network, he told me I never needed a deeper cleaning (which was more expensive) and that I had no need to a mouth guard.
As a medical professional, I find it appalling that a business or medical professional would run their business in such a way.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Maloch for years. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Maloch is well versed and accommodating!
