Pay attention to how your office staff interacts with your patients. Especially at the North Cypress location. It’s a shame to work hard for your education and experience only to have an office support staff turning away patients because of their poor attitude. I for one won’t be back.

I have been suffering from my sinuses for quite sometime, so I thought I go find a cure. I looked through my insurance & found Dr. Morgan as an «in-network». I looked up his reviews and it seemed promising, so I scheduled over the phone and made sure they take my insurance, went there and he looked up my nostrils and said he cant decide and that I need to go to do a cat-scan… SO they referred one for me… all good and dandy. I went to my appointment and they made me fill a whole bunch of papers including my insurance, and no one said A WORD about my insurance that they don’t take it!!! AFter a few week the Bill came in to show a $ 3000 due on my part just because negligence and greed!!! they didn’t warn me or anything and all I thought is that Dr. Morgan office will sure do their homework(what they get paid for) and look up a cat scan place that would accept my insurance before they refer, but obviously, neither they did not that place(west Houston MRI) did… Now I am screwed up because of them having this business going. I totally warn anyone before they go to this doctor, to ask first and make sure they don’t screw you up… as for me, I will have to find out what to do next! so sad
