I made an appointment with a groupon. The groupon was for a shampoo, cut and partial highlights, no where did it say any stipulations about your hair length in the fine print. I sit there till past my appointment time at 3. She takes me back around 3:15 and starts to cut my hair, doesn’t wet it, doesn’t ask me any questions or seem all too concerned about finding out exactly what color I wanted, she chops up my hair in literally 2 minutes, then hurries over to mix the color, and I figure she’s back there mixing color, nope, she is washing another lady’s hair, so I sit there waiting, when she gets back she tells me to hold and hand her the foils, which a customer shouldn’t need to work when they’re paying for you to do it, but anyways I do it and she gets all pissy when I hand it to her wrong or not quick enough I guess. She was too worried about finishing the other lady that she working on, she was juggling us the whole time, so she puts me under the dryer next to the other lady she is working on, she forgot about both of us till the other lady got up and found her, so I’m left under the dryer till the manicurist comes to shampoo my hair, then I’m left sitting there again for about 20 minutes, she finally finished my hair, and then proceeded to charge me 50 bucks extra for my «long» hair. Worst salon experience I’ve ever had, and I ended up spending more with the groupon, then just going somewhere else for regular price.

This place might be great for hair, but definitely not good for nails. I told her I wanted powdered solar nails and I got the white tip nails. I’m assuming that’s the lazy way of doing it. I paid $ 65 which isn’t much, but I would rather spend $ 10 more dollars and go to beauty zone down the street on hwy6 bc they actually listen to what I want. I mean how hard can it be if I’m paying for MYNAILS. I definitely won’t be back to this place. They should worry more about satisfying the customer instead of their own pockets. That’s probably why they are on groupon(which I didn’t purchase bc I heard they belittle you for it). For a Saturday it was extremely slow and they still seemed miserable. That should have been my first warning sign beauty zone is always packed rain or shine any day of the week. Goes to show who appreciates their customers better and offers a 5 star experience for not only ladies men as well, the massage chairs work, they take their time on your pedi as well as your mani and they do it gracefully.

First time going — purchased the haircut/wash/style groupon. Nice place, and the stylist was very good about helping me decide what style would be easy to maintain, and what would look best on me. Was very quick, and the hair cut looks amazing. Will definitely come back!

My fiancé was super sweet and bought me a mani pedi groupon to use at this Salon and Spa. Having two small children and always busy I haven’t had my nails done in years so I was very excited and called first thing this morning. When I called to make an appointment the man on the phone was extremely rude! He explained that I shouldn’t have bought the groupon and just have told them about it to save THEM the trouble of dealing with the groupon. I have never been to this place before and was taken a back. After hanging up the phone I decided to call and ask for the manager. The same man answered and would not let me speak to one until I told him why. After telling him it was for customer service he said *S*# and hung up on me. I have never had such a horrible experience!!! This company has EXTREMELY Poor customer service. DONOTGOTOMICHELLE’S SALON&SPA.

I was about to buy groupon of $ 19 including hair wash, haircut, blow dry and styling. They said do not buy, we will provide you the service in same amount, and later when I went there she is charging me $ 10 extra for each hair wash, blow dry and styling. When I said, I do not want to pay $ 10 extra, she did not wash my hair at all. Did not even spray water before cutting my hair. After haircut, she didn’t even remove hair fragments from my face or neck, neither gave me a brush to do so. And when I asked her how much she will otherwise charge without groupon just for the haircut, she says I will give u discounted rate of $ 25. They things that the whole world is dumb. NEVERGO To this place. They will Cheat you.

I love my hair! I visited this location because it was near my neighborhood and could not be more happy with the results. Will definitely be going back!

Bought a groupon for a shellac manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was nothing great, the leg message was extremely poor and my polish actually lasted a shorter time than when I do my own pedicures at home. My feet were not any softer at the end, which to me means they did a bad job scrubbing and had poor products. Plus they were not very gentle and it hurt quite a bit. As for the manicure, no one asked what shape I wanted my nails or if I wanted them trimmed which are two staple questions for manicures. The hand massage was pathetic. My shellac polish did not even last 10 days before it started chipping from the bottom. I have no plans to ever return here, prices were nothing special, staff was not overly friendly and I do not feel that they did a good job.

The girl who was at the first desk was a delight although not very helpful, said I don’t know a lot. I want to like this place better than I did. I used a groupon and upon entering there was s sign that said you could not use a groupon if this was not your first visit. No where on the groupon was that mentioned. My massage chair was broken so I had no jets nor a massage chair although other working chairs were available. The person who did my mani /pedi — did not introduce herself not engage in conversation besides asking if I wanted my eye brows down, since I had had them done just this morning elsewhere was a tad insulted. Also she was not tender, I have a few sore sports on both fingers and toes this evening, I am a little afraid about how I will feel tomorrow. I don’t think I will return.

Purchased a Groupon for 39 $ which was described to be an 85 $ value for an emienence organic shellac mani + spa pedicure, however, when I inquired about the regular price so that I could tip each technician appropriately, I was informed the shellac manicure was 30 $ & spa pedicure was 25 $ = 55 $.I still saved 14 $, however, it shouldn’t be advertised as an 85 $ value. I arrived late for my 5pm appointment(they close at 6pm on Saturdays), but wasnt rushed. $ 5 fee for removing my old shellac was added on. Technicians did a good job and I will be coming back to redeem another voucher.

Tim did my color. I though I knew what I wanted, boy was I wrong, Tim being the honest person, suggested a different color, that was even cheater. Just shows he is more concerned about customer satisfaction and whats best for my hair than his salary .This salon was recommended to me. Glad I went and I will go back

Well I bought a Groupon for a Shellac mani and deluxe pedi. I must say the lady was too sweet and that is why i felt like i could not complain about her, BUT the job she did was so amateur, The Gel from the Shellac was everywhere like over my cuticles. My pedicure was also very poorly done you could see she missed spots, some nails had super thick polish, it was a mess, i felt so bad but i just want to let yall know i will not be going back, I do know the ladies name but i will not say it. I think there is a reason why it was on Groupon.

Took my daughter to get a trim… she has all one length hair, no bangs and was not cut straight. Very disappointed! I have to find another salon to fix it now :/

I really needed a manicure and a pedicure. I saw a sign that said mani and pedi for $ 30 outside of this place. So, frugal little me decided to go ahead and get them done there. I went and picked up my sis and her boyfriend first, as they were also getting manicures and pedicures(he was harassed until he said yes). The place is on West Little York a few miles east of Barker Cypress. It is small, but comfortable. There were three people working there at that time. My manicure and pedicure were pretty great. I kind of looked twice because it seemed to me that the cuticle remover was a little dirty. It turns out it was clean, it was just water. I wanted a design on my two big toes and that cost and extra $ 5, and then $ 5 tip made my manicure and pedicure worth $ 40. I don’t know… that’s $ 10 more than I wanted to pay, but it was cool. My nail polish chipped today because it was put on too thick. Other than that, everything was OK. My manicure was not bad at all. The manicure cost $ 8 and the pedicure $ 22. I may go back again, unless I find a better place for the same price!
