The owner, Jared Meadors, is a grade A moron. One simple rattle of his cage will result in gigantic text message or e-​mails calling you a «douche bag» and bragging about how he travels all over the world, or insulting you and claiming you probably have «bad credit.»
The property he rents in the avenues is a dump. The photos in his ads look nothing like the building he’s offering and there’s a unit available as soon as the lease is up. They don’t keep tenants, I wonder why? The grass is patchy and dead, there’s beer cans all over the lawn, cockroaches everywhere at night, they don’t fix anything, the paint is peeling off all over, water pressure is horrible. And they want over $ 1,200/month for a dumpy upstairs apartment that’s just had some paint thrown on it and some quick photo editing done to lure people in.
There used to be a rating from Jared Meadors himself on here, giving his company 5 stars, but it looks like it got removed (who has the audacity to rate their own company 5 stars to try and balance out a bad review??). Too bad, because then you could click on his profile and see all the reviews he’s given of places and he uses the word «douche bag» in nearly every single one — really great reading material. Seriously, the guy who runs this place is basically a very very poor man’s Donald Trump.

Jared Meadors, the owner of Medusa Properties, is the most unprofessional and rude landlord I have ever interacted with. He’s incredibly condescending and impolite. Very controlling and arrogant. I asked a question about one of his apartments (whether rent was negotiable) and he responded telling me I was one of the most stupid people he’d ever interacted with, asking if I got kicked in the head by a mule. When I responded that it was no problem that the rent wasn’t negotiable and that I meant no insult, he wrote back again insulting me, swearing at me, and telling me I was one of a small handful of thousands that would ask a question that stupid.
Never worth dealing with someone that rude. Imagine if I had asked to get my sink repaired! Stay far far away!
