Every time I’ve gone to this McDonald’s they’ve messed up my order. Defiantly don’t pull up if they ask because you’ll wait 20 minutes and half of your order will be wrong.

Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes behind 2 cars and had to drive off without my order that I already paid for. This place sucks.

I suggest going through the drive through here in the morning. The lines inside are way too long and gets way too crowded. The floors are filthy in the dining area yet the restrooms were really clean. This location does not have lots of parking to choose from. The employees were friendly and helpful.

What a mess. Worth driving 4 miles in any direction if you are really hungry enough for McDonald’s.

I’m here now I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes on the drive thru. The cashier had her mic on and was gossiping to one of her coworkers. The line is backed up and she’s not taking orders

I periodically stop here on Saturday mornings when I am on my way to get my hair done. Line was not long as it typically is. I ordered a small coffee with 2 sweeteners. Not once did I say the word«cream.» I checked my coffee when she gave it to me and there was cream in it. I politely explained that I did not ask for cream. She took the cup back and said something to another employee in Spanish. I was given another cup of coffee and I asked was it black with the 2 sweeteners and she shook her head yes. I figured they had got not right and I needed to get to my appointment. When I got to my destination, I opened the cup to add the sweetners and there was cream in my coffee. I tried to call the store. Although it was just a $ 1, the poor customer service mattered way more. I called the restaurant several times and it would pick up and a recording stated, enter your access code” and hung up on you. I may send them an online complaint. I may not. At this point, I just figure I’ll never go back.

Rancid Coke. The 3 times I have stopped here, the coca cola has tasted like it was made with sewage water. I don’t know what is causing it but it’s disgusting.

The line is always wrapped around the corner which makes me keep driving by. The food is OK. They need faster better customer service.

I mainly order drive-thru so as far as service I really care less, but taking 20 mins for an order?! If staff was short why would they have 2 lanes open?! And to top it off there is a 5050 chance you will get your order wrong

This Mc Donalds Sucks Ass. CLEARLY The Cashiers Are Scamming The Customers, You Place Your Order & When They See You Are Paying Cash They Dont Give You A Receipt And They Do Not Put What You Ordered In The Bag ! Smh

This McDonalds isn’t anything great. The attitude of the employees is what makes the experience so bad. When you get to the drive thru and some one asks«what chu want» rather than«welcome to McDs, what would you like» it’s a bad sign. Forget about that drink that you ordered. You’re not getting it. Oh you asked for sauce? The drive thru worker already gave it to you! It just happened to disappear from your bag by the time you got it. Don’t even think about asking for it again… your going to ruin this guy’s day. Moral of the story, do yourself a favor and go across the street to one of the other fast food restaurants where you might pay a few dollars more but you get great customer service.

It’s MacDonalds. But, as far as it goes, what do you expect? I expect my order to be fresh, correct and prepared, given to me quickly with a smile and no attitude. It is after all, fast — food. I don’t eat fast food that often, but that’s what I expect when I do. Today, this location delivered. Nice double drive through. It was noon and they took my order quickly, prepared it properly, it was hot and fresh, the right things were in the bag and the employees were friendly. Nothing more need be said.

Rude employees constantly leaving food out of your order & they refuse to give it to you when you call or go back & point out their many mistakes. Skip it, there are 20 more locations up and down the street.

The service at this McDonald’s is FAST! I used to work there and I was even amazed at the well oiled machine that is Mickey D’s! There are two drive thru lanes and service is prompt even during peak hours!

The Golden Arches. One of the most recognized symbols around the world. Other most recognized symbols? Coca-Cola… Starbucks… Apple… Nike maybe? I’m pretty sure that when Dick and Maurice(Mac) McDonald made the decision to move to California from the East Coast to embark on yet another business(many of the businesses they had opened failed) they had no idea that their«vision» would serve billions over 50 years later. Dick and Mac just noticed a trend happening during the 50’s. Americans were more mobile and had less time. Instead of the customer deciding what they wanted from a 25 choice menu, they whittled the menu down to just 9 items. Too many choices meant delay. They turned the kitchen into an assembly line. There were a certain number of men behind the grill, milkshake machine, french fry machine, and a certain number of men behind the counter taking orders. Food was already pre-assembled for the«rush.» Every burger had a squirt of ketchup, mustard, onions, and 2 pickles. A family of 4 during the 50’s ate at McDonald’s for $ 2.50. They made a lot of money and branched into 9 restaurants… in California. Ray Kroc wanted to expand it nationwide. He wanted a piece of that success. Hello franchise. Mac and Dick eventually wanted out and during the early 60’s, they sold it to Kroc for a whopping $ 1 million per brother. Which was a lot during that time. Kroc on the other hand… no one knows. $ 600 million? When there were 8,600 McDonald’s stores. Today… it’s the largest fast food restaurant in the world. There are over 30,000 McDonald’s restaurants around the world, and raked in over $ 22 billion last year. This doesn’t even include the money from Chipotle and Boston Market, also owned by McDonald’s. Thanks Dick and Mac for creating it and thanks Ray for expanding it. I’m pretty sure a lot of people blame you for being fat but the fries are addicting. And thanks for opening this particular one on 1960 for not just one drive-thru but 2 and the employees get my order right every single time even though they don’t seem to be paying attention. Wow.
