Panda Express

This is the slowest drive thru I’ve ever experienced in my life. I’ve been in he drive thru lane for over 30 minutes and have yet to get my food!!! Ridiculous!

The wait there is always long! Once we had to wait in drive threw for almost a hour because only one person was working. Today we went right when they had opened and they gave us old food. Everything was hard, stale and nasty. My stomach end up hurting right after. How is it possible to have stale food when they open? Isn’t it suppose to be freshly cooked?

There is always a 15 min wait whether inside or at the drive thru. Also after 8 they run low on half the meat even though they close at 10.

Currently with the leaky roof from the storm. Plus the place doesn’t get cleaned enough after lunch and 2 employees are on their lunch break while food is all over tables and the floor. This does not make one want to eat inside. The kitchen seems to stay on top of their game!

Great food quality, pretty friendly staff too. However there’s just too many homeless people lingering around the parking lot. They have a patio, but it’s not fenced it so beggars tend to congregate there during the heat of the day. It’s more like a second parking lot for their shopping carts, and it’s just creepy. They just take up the tables and roost there like pigeons.
Food is great, but next time I’m hitting up the drive-​thru, and will from now on.

I was so disappointed with the wait, the food, and to top it off I got home and realized I was missing part of my order.

I’ve been in the drive through for literally 20 min. This place is absolutely pathetic. I asked the guy to move the car in front of me to a parking spot & take out their food & 3 min later he still hasn’t. Unbelievable. Chimps. The employees are less intelligent than chimps. Enjoy the unemployment line, jerk.

Actually glad I didn’t check out reviews before I stopped for lunch because I wouldn’t have stopped due to the low ratings. However I had a really good experience. Everyone was courteous and the food was fresh and delicious like I expect from panda. I typically do the bowl for lunch with veggies and an entrée. Today was the steak and mushrooms and I was not disappointed. The beef was tender and yummy.

I love Panda Express so much, so this is not a reflection of the entire franchise, only this location. I have never been able to taste the lack of freshness in food before eating here. I mean, I could actually taste the restaurant in which this food had clearly been sitting at least half the day-​not pleasant. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location. You’ve got a wide variety in your choices of Chinese food in Houston, go elsewhere. ;)

Food good but pricey. Taste better when fresh. Good customer service. never have a problem when I come.

I Use To Love Panda Express But The Last Time I Ate Here The Food Tastes Different. Not Good Like They Keep Changing The Ingredients

Fast-​ish Chinese food. Don’t expect legit Chinese food but so far regardless of the location, the food has been quite satisfying. People there were nice. Greeted everyone who walked through the door. Only thing I would complain about would be how they are going about a conversation with their fellow coworkers while trying to help me out. Not that big of deal. I’m really there for the food not chitchat. Honey walnut shrimp is a must even if it is extra charge. Get your food to-​go. Eat the right portion and have a whole ‘nother meal later. Can’t decide between fried rice or noodles? Get half and half. I get the orange chicken too because it’s their thing and it’s pretty good. Their other food is pretty good also. So don’t expect a 5 star restaurant but it’s decent food so eat up.

I feel like I jinxed this place with my positive review. Today I went back for the first time since the day I originally reviewed it (7÷8÷13). Disgusting.
1) The chicken was a pinkish color; last time it was definitely white/​brownish. You know, what cooked chicken is supposed to look like.
2) The egg roll was cooked too long and when I actually looked, I don’t even know what the hell I was looking it. WHAT IS IN THOSE THINGS? It looked like mushed up fish or something.
3) The lady who took my order (this time it was a different one, in the defense of the lady from my original review who was excellent) was distracted, made me repeat everything several times, and wasn’t exactly fluent in English. I understand that’s common around here, and that’s fine with me, but a combination of everything I listed made me dislike the service as a whole.
4) Also, she did not ask if I wanted any sauces. Therefore, I had no soy sauce which made me a sad panda.
5) As I was getting through the gross entrees (honestly, the beef isn’t TOO bad), I noticed that under what looks like two portions of meat is actually MORE RICE. I’m pretty sure there should be meat from top to bottom and the big ass front portion of the tray is meant for the rice.
I’m really disappointed to have to update this to 1 star because I used to like this place, but this was enough to make me take my business elsewhere next time I’m grabbing lunch! Never again.

Gave a 2 only because I really really loved the new honey walnut shrimp… Other than that, they are overpriced fast food!
It’s clean and I like the bottled mandarin sauce they sell. I use it at home over steamed veggies… yum!

I absolutely love Chinese food, but this is worse than mall food. I have only been here once and got it to go. I actually threw it away in the trash.

Too expensive for fast food.
Terrible customer service.
Don’t get me started on the quality of the food. Ew.
