Chipotle Mexican Grill

Horrible food lousy taste stale chips spicy brown rice when i ordered white rice i almost threw up i got so upset i left and said that was a waste of money cause it is do not eat here i would give zero stars if i could!

I’m thinking they are trying to redeem themselves for the past E Coli outbreak and they are doing a great job! At least this location.
My kids and I visited last weekend and the service was great and the food… OMG! Tasted SO fresh, SO good! I wish I could eat it everyday! Yummy!

First, I’ll start by saying that Chipotle is awesome — I love their freshness, flavor, and quantity of food. So this review is a judgement of THIS Chipotle relative to other Chipotles.
1) Quantity of Food — Definitely get the burrito bowls. This Chipotle gives large servings of food in the bowls which is a great plus. The burritos are also big, but if you get a bowl and burrito side by side the bowl clearly get a lot more stuff.
2) Burrito-​mixing — A pet peeve of mine in is when burrito places just dump the ingredients in and don’t bother to somewhat mix the insides so you get a bite of rice and then a bite of just sour cream. This place is okay about it — sometimes they don’t do it but they’re pretty good natured about mixing it when you ask them to.
Overall, a good Chipotle which is already above average for fast food to begin with!

Just went there for lunch. It was a bit busy but the workers behind the counter were horrific. They didn’t listen to what I said and when I reiterated what I wanted I was given attitude and foul looks. Asked for both rices and the lady gave me both beans instead. Asked for chicken and got about half of a scoop. Asked for cheese and got about 8 little pieces. This was such a bad experience I won’t be coming back.

I love Chipotles!!! I have been in love with the food since they open the doors. I live around the area and the closest location for me is the one on Bay Area Blvd. In the past their staff was efficient and friendly. Now they are just completely incompetent and provide a horrible service. One time the cashier made me wait 5 minutes to pay for my food because she was too busy cleaning the restaurant tables. I love the food but I’m not going back to that location.

SUPERB customer service!!! They keep the line moving and are very attentive to the way you want your order prepared. They are very accommodating to you when something you want on the line is being replenished. Everything tasted great, from the steak to the guacamole to the sweet tea (it was adequately sweetened!!! Most restaurants’ sweet tea doesn’t really taste like authentic southern sweet tea! Lol). Definitely a great location!

I love chipotle, but since they are giving smaller portions and increased their price. I am lowering the rating by a star. Otherwise this place is great for burritos, burrito bowls, tacos, etc. I started preferring freebirds due to the changes though.

Have been to many other chipotle but this one is nice one and they have outdoor seating also which i like the most and the staff almost knows what I want when I walk in and work like pros. Sometimes it hard to find parking as it has a small parking lot and is almost full

Worst Chipotle ever! Not only do they NEVER have carnitas but they always mess up to-​go orders. If your looking to pick up your food for lunch dont go here!

This is the closest Chipotle near my house and my mum’s favorite, so we always make the drive out to Webster for Chipotle. Usually the line is moving quick and smooth, but since they have gotten some newbies working the line; it has been quite slow. Now, I can’t complain about that because people who know me, know that I move like a grandma slow and that’s why for other reasons I haven’t applied at a job like this.
Anywho, I always order the Barbacoa meat burrito or bowl, but recently since they have changed the prices for that particular meat to $ 7.20+ tax; I haven’t been getting it as much. It used to be $ 6.25 like the rest of the meats, but I guess that was when Chipotle first opened or because the price of that meat is going up, or it could be because that meat is so popular, not sure.
I absolutely love how they cook the Barbacoa – the flavor really stands out a lot and when I go to Stripes to get my breakfast tacos and ask for that meat. It always tastes like crap. Not at Chipotle, it always tastes rich in flavor; the meat isn’t ever tasteless.
Now, I’m starting to change it up a bit — this restaurant and another is the only restaurant where I would order the same thing. I’m a Sagittarius, so you know how Saggis like things to be not in order and we get bored with orderly things. We like flavor, change, and excitement in our lives!
Recently, I tried the veggie bowl and it was good. Nice and light; I’ve been eating a lot of vegetables lately since I’ve lost a lot of weight. It’s making me happy.
The staff is ok; they don’t speak much only about what you want or how much your food is. I’ve never sat in ate at this location; my mum likes eating at home.

! I grew up in a small town and we didn’t have a Chipotle anywhere close. I now know why everybody raves about this place! I’m hooked!

I love Chipotle. This location rocks. Always busy. Always prepared. Consistent.

My new go to fast food place. I literally come here almost once/​week, because it’s that good! Everything is fresh and delicious. My go to meal here is the vegetarian burrito bowl. Grilled veggies are amazing and guacamole is included for no extra cost. Nothing taste processed here. If this was closer, I would probably go even more!

This was our first time at a Chipolte. Isn’t this where the President ate? I guess I’ll have to swim against the tide — it was OK but I wasn’t impressed. We shared a carnita burrito. They asked if we wanted beef or pork carnitas. Is there really such a thing as beef carnitas?
I thought they were a little stingy with the meat, but I was satisfied with my half a burrito. She said she was still hungry. Obviously lots of people like it, parking was hectic, the line went out the door but they played music too loud in a overcrowded room. All in all it was a madhouse.
She likes Freebirds better because they have more options and you don’t have to depend on them for the salsa.

We’ve Eaten Out Every Meal for 25 years

Daytime service and food is great — though sometimes the kitchen staff leaves fat and cartilage on the meats — I guess that depends on whose cutting. But, today — Saturday night — the service was slow. the meat was burned, and when I got home my quesadilla was so baked that the cheese got stuck to the aluminum foil.

Seriously HEALTHY, Tasty, FastFood Tex-​Mex!!!
I love that the Guacamole is Lactose Free.
Lots of places use oils or sour cream in their recipes.
The whole concept behind Chipotles is what brings me here ! (plus is the food reasonably priced)

This is a pretty small Chipotle compared to others. It is very clean though. I have to say I am pretty happy with my over all experiences here. The employees are regularly nice and speedy. I don’t have any complaints.

I was a little leery and not sure about Chipotle when it moved in several years ago just down the street from Freebirds. Freebirds was my place, local flavor, first burrito place I’d heard of in Austin. Chipotle, while I’d had it in other cities and liked, was more of a chain, less personality, etc.
That being said, Chipotle is every bit as good as Freebirds. The flavor is exceeded by no other burrito place, I can say that for sure. The service is always fast, not necessarily the most friendly, but sometimes you just want the burrito makers to make burritos and aren’t looking for a conversation.
The selection is good to great, not as many ingredient options as their competition, but plenty to find to build a winning burrito (or salad or tacos, etc.). I think the carnitas and barbacoa are their strength. Sauces are hot, but they could use a flavor or two to turn it up if needed. Veggies are fresh and flavorful.
The prices are excellent, especially not charging extra for sour cream. Great value, you never leave hungry.
This location has a nice outside eating part, a good bonus on pretty days.
Things they could improve: Hotter sauces (covered above), better assembly in terms of mixing ingredients. A few more veggies options would be nice. Maybe a better atmosphere. Maybe some larger or smaller sizes.
This is a great place to order online, especially with a big group. They handle it very well, the order is waiting for you without a line.
