McDonald’s

The most disgusting McDonald’s ever! I have been to this locations 3 times over the past year. When the Egg McMuffin and coffee craving hits, this location is on my way to work making it convenient.
My first 2 visits were disappointing. Both times the sandwich was cold, cheese unmelted, but yet the English muffin was burnt. The hash browns were always cold, soggy, and undercooked. I order a lot of cream in my coffee and get annoyed when I am asked if I want it in the side. First, if I wanted it on the side I would order it that way. Second, if I don’t talk and text on my phone while driving why would I pour creamers into my coffee while driving?
However, the 3^rd visit has me scarred for life! I was excited that McDonald’s would be serving breakfast all day (breakfast is the only food I order from McDonald’s). I got a greasy but still undercooked hash brown, an old hard black English muffin, cold runny egg, old cheese that should have been cold because it was obvious the mcmuffin was made hours before I got it (cheese was obviously just sitting out for a long time), and my favorite ingredient of all HAIR!
I had to go back after the discovery and go inside. Sweet Jesus, if I knew how filthy this location was on the inside I would never have eaten here the first time! It was so nasty that I had to make a conscious effort to stop scrunching my nose when it was my turn in line. After telling and showing the cashier what happened the manager came over and acted like it was no big deal. I got a lame apology and a new egg mcmuffin. I got in the car opened it and it was the same quality as the last one excluding the hair. I should have just gotten my money back especially after seeing the inside but I was starving. I threw the hash brown and the egg mcmuffin in their trash can and vowed I would never go back! Don’t go to this location you have been warned!

Waited 20 minutes for a 10 pieces chicken McNuggets. Not like they were busy, three workers just standing around talking. I thought this is fast food. Never coming back here again.

Friendly staff, fresh coffee, free WiFi, hot french fries, cold ice cream cones. Compared to other Mickey D’s in the area, this one is always clean, very friendly and pretty fast on getting orders out. And they have several outlets for recharging or plus in and never look at you like you’ve overstayed your WiFi time. Much prefer this McD’s to the Starbucks at Vintage Park down the street.

Order was correct, but slow service… obviously old, oversalted refried fries. Also tasted like my sweet tea had dirt in it… got a new, different drink and the lid for this drink had dirt or mold on the underside of it. At least my burger was right & tasted ok.

Clean place and friendly service. Better than most McDonald’s I’ve been too. The fries were perfect. The staff welcomed everyone and were very polite and helpful.

This is the kind of McDonald’s where it doesn’t matter how early you get to the breakfast line. I know idiots are idiots, but the staff needs to be retrained. I pulled up 5 minutes before 10:30 and got to the speaker two minutes before 10:30. I placed my order and was told to hold twice. At the end of the second hold I was informed that breakfast was no longer available. I wonder why? Could it be that I was placed on hold by monkeys, or did they run out of biscuits? Who cares. First and last time I’ll ever try «Olivers Managment» at this Mcdonalds. What an extreme dumb-​ass to put his name out there. Like we wanted to know who the worst was.

Awful place. I’ve given them several chances over the past couple of years, but this was the final straw. Group of kids walked in ahead of me. The manager (some middle-​aged guy with glasses) goes to help them. They say they’re not ready, and he tells them to tell him when they are. He turns around to keep cleaning and ignores me. I am not even standing with this group. He finally turns around about 45 seconds later with a scowl, them makes eye contact with me as I start to speak to him. His eyes narrow and he snaps his head back around to keep ig prong me.
That is the last straw. I turned around and left. I’ve stopped by this McDonald’s sporadically, and only twice was it a good experience. Cold food, wrong orders, rude people. My wife even called to contact number in the drive-​thru and left a stern, yet polite message with a request to calm her back or email her. No one ever did. Do yourself a favor and go the the McDonald’s up next to the Ford dealer up 290, or oh down to Willowbrook. Skip this one.
They honestly just font care.

Food was cold, They are rude here and nickel and dime customers, charging for sauce is a joke when you order a meal! How lame is this place!?!

Clean interior, clean bathrooms (the main reason I know the interiors clean, because otherwise I’d be driving through) the drive-​through has two order stations for faster service. I’ve always had 5-​star experiences at this location, the food has been hot and fresh, and the staffs always upbeat. If you looking to get your french-​fry fix, they’ve got it going on!
